Noisy scruffy area,tiny room

The hotel is in the center, so everything is very close - you can walk to all the city atractions.

You hear everything - from the other rooms and from the street.

Good location. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Creative decorations. All necessary equipment. Parking (should be booked), 9.5 eur/day

Smoking smell in the room in spite of mark "non-smoking room" and our special non-smoking request. Lack of light in the room.

Staffs are very kind. Breakfast is simple, but good when considering the cost.

Metro is 15 minutes distance.

Interesting design, nice atmosphere

At reception - solo Espaniolo......no English at all...

The price was OK. The public areas at the front-of-house looked very designer and smart. The bed linen and towels were clean.

I really hated the way the receptionist suddenly started to attend to something else as we approached the desk, so we had to stand like children awaiting punishment from a teacher until she looked up. There was no lift.The room smelt of smoke and the fittings and decor were more hostel than hotel.

The hotel looks very nice. The interior is great. Small but very comfortable beautiful rooms with original design. Vey comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. None of them spoke English though, but that was no big problem. Breakfast was good. And location is also good. And very fast internet connection!

At night it was rather cold in the room.

Very nice. Had booked on line and was not disappointed. Reception staff very helpful. Our stay was due to catching ferry to Portsmouth and return later. Only disappointment was the 'restaurant', didn't fancy it at all, looked elsewhere. However, would stay her in the future and if asked, recommend to others.

In the hotel is a specific smell of old building, no air condition, a lot af noise during the night from the street, old bathroom.

2 blocks to the bull fight arena.

The carpet in the hallways and room was very old, stained and smelly. No elevator. The room looked out on a bar and all the noise coming from the bar at night.

It is close to the Plaza de Toros de Vista Alegre, and close enough to shopping areas, bars and restaurants.

The rooms are a little bit cramped\small. For the price, I think the rooms should have a bit more space.

Horrible. The price attracted us and it seemed from the pictures to be a clean place. The woman at the front desk could care less about guests. They use some chemical to clean the hallways and rooms that smells awful and gave us both headaches (who knows what they're trying to cover up). Pay extra and go somewhere else.

It was pleasant enough for a budget hotel with an attempt at interesting presentation with the photo walls. It was very clean and bathrooms appeared resonably new.

I expect reception staff to have minimal basic english in an hotel.There was only one man with excellent english who was very helpfull There was a young girl who was occasionally there for assisitance .If they were not there it was difficult The dining room and general appearance once past the attractive entrance was shabby and in need of a bit of maintenance it did not live up to the photos on the web site

Hotel had secure parking €9per night. Hotel was much better than I anticipated for the price I paid. Very close to supermarket. I was visiting with my little bro and felt very safe and well looked after.

The room did smell of previous smokers which from a non smoker and child wasnt great but not so bad I frlt tge need to complain as im sure they would of moved us

Good atmosphere inside hotel and the room was a good size.

The room was on the street side and there was a lot of noise even with the shutters and window fully closed. I needed earplugs to get to street. I could recommend to others with qualifications re noise.

Free Internet and really friendly staff at the hotel.

The pictures of the rooms on booking.com are nothing like the rooms in the hotel. Be prepared for significantly smaller.

Located in the centre of Bilbao which is great.
