网络信号很差，设施过于简单，我住的房间有一个插销电源都是没电的

房间干净，住了4天，前台一直在换，不过每个都说英文而且人不错。 Room is clean,Reception is kindly,each of them speak English.

第一次给的房间在底楼，靠近前台，正对电梯，晚上很吵，就要求换了一个房间，在3楼，窗子很小，对着天井，- 也不通风，就很热，有空调但很吵。插座除了卫- 生间有一个，还有一个就是空调的插座。 Room is hot,and aircondition is noise.Only two plug in room,one in bathroom,the other is the aircondition'S.

Location great, entrance is beautiful, WiFi worked brilliantly, very cheap and excellent value for money.

It's a cheap hotel, so quality of fittings is not great. Shower was a bit weak, room was very small, nowhere to sit and work.

There was a lot of street noise at night as the room was on the ground floor.

Couldn't find a place to wash my clothes and staff weren't too helpful. They said "turn left, walk down the street and ask some people" They couldn't show it on the map, and an hour later I was still asking. Looking on the internet it seems the closest laundromat is on the far side of the Royal Palace.

It was rather cold in the room (December)

As a solo traveller this hotel was ideal and I stayed an extra night. My room (35 Euros) had a double bed and a "Juliet balcony" and was an adequate size although the bathroom was small. The building was 18c mudejar and full of atmosphere. The Duque Plaza from where the buses go was 5 minutes away and the cathedral 10 minutes. The staff were helpful and Wi Fi was free. Local breakfast and tapas bars are to be recommended.

The hotel is not easy to find but signposted when you are close. But then it is on a QUIET back street.

we were in Sevilla for business and attracted by the review of booking.com made a reservation of 5 single rooms. A single word to define the hotel and the experience there: A NIGHTMARE!! personnel doesn't speak a word of english and complain why you don't speak spanish!!we were in 5 and 2 of us despite of reservation found the hotel didn't record it and they had to change accomodation to a different hotel of the same family!the room was so dirty and old, the furniture was some 30 years old, full of cigarettes burning, don't ask about the bathroom!the staff is extremely rude and unprepared, at check out we had to wait 40 minutes and listening several call to have finally printed out our invoice! PLEASE, DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL JUST WITH A MIRAGE OF THE NIGHT PRICE, it is useless save 10 euro and sleep there. unfortunately even if tried was impossible to find a different accomodation, due of a fair there.

I loved the hotel design- beautiful wall tiles and spacious layout.

Very nice little hotel near to everything with bars and restaurants all around, and stupendous lobby, good prices.

Staff could speak better English

Staff were helpful when asked, the rooms were clean and well kept. Cosy and sttractive sitting areas on each floor.

It was excellent vale, friendly, and very convienent for the city, and spotlessly clean. Would be more than happy to stay again.

We reserved 3 single rooms for me and my sons ; they gave us 2 two twin romms and on single room. All was very clean and large. Price was cheap. Location is very good , very closed to Museo de Bellas Artes. All most important places are near walking for 10 minutes. The street is quiet. Bus connection is near the hotel. some bar for breakfast are closed . Air conditioning was good. Reassuming :I suggest the hotel, because is very good and cheap, and in good location.

I experienced following problems : 1) I had a Booking reservation for 270,00 euro all inclusive , but they asked me 275,00 because a spanish tax was increased. I said it wasnt' regular because they must advice me and Booking.com before my trip. I know, it was only a small increase, and therefore I payed it, but it it isn't for me very very regular.... 2) Booking and hotel website don't explain HOW go to the hotel with public transport : I sent some mails to hotel : they answered in not very clear way to the first, and, after they didn't answer. 3) If they could give breakfast, it should be very appreciated... Anyway, I repeat, It is a good choice.

Great price for a very nice hotel in the center of Seville within walking distance of the main sites. Friendly staff, clean room, all the supplies you need are there and work.

Having air conditioning, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is very central, in the Old Town, close to the bus station and the main streets for shooping and sightseeing.

The noise from the street, the room doesn't have double glazing so during the night it can be very noisy (it's important to have good ear plugs).
