Location is perfect, very close to old town and a block from La Concha beach

Separate beds (double bed was not available) very small room and bathroom, non-reliable Wifi connection

It is quiet, clean and the staff is nice and friendly.

In terms of accessibility for people with disabilities (specially wheelchair users) there are things that can be improved with not much effort (E.g the bathroom).

Lobby was the size of a closet. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast area also very small, food not very good.

I was a put in a room with a known fault with the heating machinery which meant I was interrupted every hour through the night with loud beeping. I was moved the next night but was not offered any compensation for a lost night's sleep.

The staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast buffet was great, the location was stunning with a 30 second walk to La Playa de la Concha and the beds were comfortable. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The wifi didn't work in my room and I had to go to the communal lounge area, the tv only had one channel and the walls were paper thin.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days when visiting San Sebastian. Nice staff, decent breakfast and dito rooms.

It's been a few years since I last stayed here. Most of the staff were the same, and their service once again was excellent. Even the young lady running the breakfast room spoke excellent conversational English. You can't do better for location and value for your money.

The staff were all very friendly and very willingly to help us to plan our day. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. We had our own bathroom which was extremely clean and was not too small!! The breakfast was very nice and we could help ourselves but were also offered beverages from a very friendly member of staff! Everyone makes you feel very welcome in this hotel and i think this is very important.

Great location - 1.5 blocks from the beach/promenade. Great staff, very friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable room - great value. Very good breakfast.

Good Location

Room was small, cramped and dirty Air conditioner did not work and was filthy Bed was uncomfortable Bathroom was tiny and dirty I have stayed in better youth hostels for 1/4 the price

The disco across the road woke us up 2 mornings in a row. Very loud people outside. Wifi did not work in room

The hotel is fine, I probably would stay again if I travel to San Sebastian. It is nevertheless expensive, but everything is in SanSe. It is a very basic hotel but very well located, next to the beach and the town center. Other hotels are more expensive and if you want something cheaper there are pensions. So it is a good choice overall. And the staff is great.

For 150 euro a night I would expect at least basic amenities like shampoo. Breakfast is also very basic.

Large room with balcony facing the park & a few steps from the beach & city shopping. Good breakfast. Parking station not far.

Incredibly small room at a very high price

The really helpful front desk lady. Also the proximity to the beach and old town. Great service and value.

We did not stay long enough to recognise any poor aspects!
