Situé en plein centre ville, très propre, très bon rapport qualité/prix Attendre que la patronne finisse sa cigarette sur la rue pour obtenir la clé de la chambre...

La limpieza de las habitaciones y la comodidad de la habitación. Está recién restaurado. El ruido por las noches, tanto de la calle (zona de vinos) como de los otros clientes del hotel, en el restaurante y las habitaciones. A partir de las 00:00 h. no había personal de recepción para atenderte. El desayuno es precario. Al estar en el casco viejo no puedes llegar al hotel en coche. Debes aparcarlo en las inmediaciones (recomiendo la Plaza de las Mercedes si llegas por la noche), y cargar con la maleta por calles empedradas (escaleras incluidas) hasta encontrar el hotel.

El servicio wifi incluido en el precio, una gran ventaja con respecto a otros hoteles mejores. El mobiliario de la habitacion no es adecuado para una tarde de trabajo, como fue mi caso. Un poco deteriorado e incomodo.

Da limpeza do quarto. O local onde fica o hotel é muito barulhento com muitos bares à volta, sempre com pessoas a falar alto e isso impossibilita conseguir descansar e dormir.

El trato con el personal es excelente. Me he alojado varias veces y siempre he quedado encantada con el servicio, las habitaciones y la relación-calidad precio es inmejorable. Sin duda repetiré.

está muy bien situado aunque al no tener parking concertado y estar en el casco viejo puede ser problemático aparcar.Nosotros tuvimos suerte, pienso que por la hora a la que llegamos (sobre las 16.00). El hotel es pequeñito pero acogedor. Me pareció un poco caro pues a pesar de ofrecer un buen servicio,la habitación era bastante pequeña, el baño superpequeño y las ventanes no aislaban bien. No tenía visillos por lo que para que entrara un poco de luz había que dejar las contraventanas abiertas y se notaba el frío y los ruidos abundantes por ser zona de alterne.

Me ha encantado el trato con las personas que trabajan en el hotel, muy naturales y serviciales. Los detalles en la habitación y su presentación (útiles de aseo, etc.).

Muy céntrico. Gestión familiar: muy amables y podías pedirles cualquier cosa que te la facilitaban. Incluso me recomendaron un sitio donde aparcar sin tener que pagar nada. Reservamos habitación doble y la cama doble era bastante pequeña (1'35 cm.). La habitación no estaba bien caliente, ya habían apagado la calefacción y pasamos algo de frío por la noche

Fica no centro da cidade.Há muitos lojas, restaurantes e cafés. Tem acesso para ir às termas. As funcionárias são simpáticas. O quarto é muito limpo e comfortável. O restaurante foi ótimo.

Todo, la situación es inmejorable ya que es uno de los pocos hoteles situado en el centro histórico de Ourense. El sitio perfecto para darte un baño en las burgas antes de ir a dormir , ya que está a menos de 5 mn de la Plaza Mayor y de las Burgas. Nada en particular, salvo que no tenga desayuno , aunque muy cerca hay preciosos cafes, antiguos o reformados , en los que puedes desayunar por 2 euros un cafe con bollos y zumo

Céntrico, camas cómodas,no demasiado caro.. No estaban listas las habitaciones a nuestra llegada (13:30), ruidoso (poco aislado del exterior),luces habitación incómodas, baño muy poco aislado del resto del dormitorio, no tiene aparcamiento...

Buena relación calidad-precio. Habitaciones muy nuevas, sencillas pero confortables. La única pega es la insonorización de las habitaciones. Está en una zona de bares, muy ruidosa (gente siempre en la calle), y como nos alojamos durante el fin de semana, no cesó el ruido hasta las 3 ó 4 de la mañana.
