very peacefull with many grassy areas. The pool was nice and the beach towel service usefull. The rooms and esp. the bathrooms are excellent. The staff are very helpfull and the free internet usefull for the children. the bus to moncloa is regular, cheap and outside the gates of the hotel (15 min journey). reception has chinese and pizza take away menus and will order for you Lots of building work in the area and quite hard to find. the taxi from the airport was 50 euro for 3 people and 3 cases. no shops within walking distance |

Very good hotel, not that far from the center, and relatively cheap. The hotel is full of useless corners. Everything in this hotel is difficult to find. The hotel itself was also difficult to reach. |

The hotel closed at weekends you were unable to get food or drink unless through room service which also closed at certain times. The pool closed for a couple of hours during the day which was inconvenient. |

I loved the quiet surroundings, the hardwood floors and gorgeous bathroom with bidet, the exceedingly comfortable bed and the casual breakfast area. The wireless internet did not work the entire stay; initially my phone did not work; staff often forgot my wake-up call; the restaurant didn't open at a consistent and convenient time every morning; weekend bus service was sooooo slow. Advertising should say that the hotel is out of the city center and in a residential area where there is nothing to purchase so guests come prepared. |

The tranquility, the garden and swimming pool. There was no bar, no eating facilities in a 4* hotel!! We 3 had to go to our own rooms to watch the Euro 2008 Spain v. Italy football match. The water and electricity was cut off in the morning. The hotel claimed the problem was outwith the hotel, but I would expect an hotel of this standard to have emergency back up. At least a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience would have been nice. |

Very peaceful. Lovely breakfast choice and quality & can help yourself to as much of what you want. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good parking facilities. Rooms nice. If the prices remain as they are - then no complaints. (1) They need some sun shades - they have none. There is no shade there. (2) Pool only opens at 11.00am and I like to swim about 7.00 am. Adults should be able to swim whenever even if no staff around. (3) Need more sunbeds/chairs only 12 for whole hotel. (4) No restaurant or room service at weekend & hotel not near restaurants. |

Nice hotel area & there was swimming pull available. No restaurant in short distance & in hotel area. To get dinner you must travel to Madrid, what is not convenient if you are tired & hungry. Also it is not easy to find this hotel if you are there first time. Main aircondition engine woke me up during night. |

It is a very new hotel. Everything is new and comfortable. If you don't have a car, it may be far from the city centre. From the Moncleau metro station (10-20 minutes from city centre), buses 161 goes to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Hoever, the latest bus is at 11:00pm and the only option is a taxi. I did not use a taxi but as the clerk said it costs around 10 euros. |

It is good location for travelling into Madrid and the restaurant was decent for evening meals The breakfast was very expensive and the pool has yet to open. On a minor note, we had to ask for extra toiletries as there was only sufficient supplies for one person |

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, its architecture is nice and, having three building surrounding a pool and garden it does not feel crowded. The restaurant was very nice. The bathroom sink was cracked and did not close well, the shower door was poorly - and visibly - mended and we did not receive complimentary shower products (gel, shampoo) although they were available in room cleaning carts. Room service was poor - did not take order at first, promised to call back, only did so after insistence with hotel staff - and slow. |
