It is a very new hotel. Everything is new and comfortable. If you don't have a car, it may be far from the city centre. From the Moncleau metro station (10-20 minutes from city centre), buses 161 goes to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Hoever, the latest bus is at 11:00pm and the only option is a taxi. I did not use a taxi but as the clerk said it costs around 10 euros. |

It is good location for travelling into Madrid and the restaurant was decent for evening meals The breakfast was very expensive and the pool has yet to open. On a minor note, we had to ask for extra toiletries as there was only sufficient supplies for one person |

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, its architecture is nice and, having three building surrounding a pool and garden it does not feel crowded. The restaurant was very nice. The bathroom sink was cracked and did not close well, the shower door was poorly - and visibly - mended and we did not receive complimentary shower products (gel, shampoo) although they were available in room cleaning carts. Room service was poor - did not take order at first, promised to call back, only did so after insistence with hotel staff - and slow. |

Convenient bus service to the city. Difficult to find. Verbal instructions were not very accurate or helpful. A simple map would have been a big help. |

The hotel is in on the outskirts of the city, away from the city noise if you are looking for something like that.The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom is nicely decorated and very clean.Public transport to/from the hotel is also good.Excellent value for money. The dinner menu in the restaurant did not have too many options to select from. |

I liked the quiet, clean and comfortable environment. I think you should provide access to hot drinks in the bedroom, or a cheaper alternative to breakfast. The breakfast was expensive, and did not include hot food. This spoilt the amenity of the visit. |

Very convenient, as out of city but, has access to very good public transport to get into central Madrid quickly and easily We found their restaurant facilities confusing witrh no clear division between the restaurant and the cafeteria, what was available in the cafeteria and at what price |
