A lovely hotel which is only a short walk from the centre of the village (Zaldibia) and a short drive\cycle to either Txindoki or Ordizia/motorway. Extremely high standard of cleanliness and I found all staff extremely friendly & helpful (family run hotel). The woman I dealt with at reception has english, spanish and euskara so no problems communicating. Have travelled a lot of the Basque Country and Zelaa definitely at the top for value for money. Hotel is not bang in the centre of the village which might be of concern for some people but a five minute walk/minute drive should not deter you.

Hotel and room was modern, fresh and clean. I really enjoyed the style of the room, which was chic yet comfortable. Free parking on the premises was a bonus. Oh, and an awesome shower! Best pressure I've had in Europe and yummy smelling shower gel. Odd location, but it isn't difficult to find. Nothing in the area as it is industrial. The hotel itself is serene inside but the surroundings were not conducive. However, no issue with noise or anything.

we were expecting a small hotel in a rural area and were surprised to find it located next to an industrial area. We had a nice view of the valley and rural surroundings from our room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. No bath but the rooms are big and very well fitted out. Location is a long way out and not so easy to find. Near a light industry area and not in the rural setting we were expecting.

Aunque se encuentra en Poligono Industrial, a unos minutos antes de Zaldibia, excelente servicio/calidad/precio, comparable a otros de mayor categoría. Habitaciones exteriores, con secador, nevera. Servicio de restaurante. Cercanía de las rutas para hacer senderismo.

La atención del personal, la facilidad de aparcar, la tranquilidad, el restaurante está correcto, y el precio es muy bueno para como está el hotel Si dispusiera de algun servicio más, GYM, PISCINA, PEQUEÑO SPA... sería perfecto, pero lo que tiene lo tiene bien.

La propreté de l'ensemble et la qualité de la literie. Hôtel récent, certes, mais coincé entre 2 usines bruyantes dans une zone industrielle !!! La photo a été "retouchée", on a l'impression que l'hôtel se trouve en pleine nature !

La atención del personal. Trato muy amable. Limpieza y confort estupendo. Esta un poco alejado del pueblo, pero si viajas por trabajo esta estupendamente colocado y se aparca muy bien.

Me ha gustado la atención y el diseño del hotel. Muy buena relación calidad/precio cuando he estado. Todo muy limpio. Ubicación. Si fuera un poco más céntrico le pondría un 10. (Claro que entonces el precio entiendo que no sería el mismo)

Se encuentra en un sitio tranquilo, pero no lejos (unos 2 km) de la cerretera general. Es nuevo y sus instalaciones son funcionales (tal vez algo austeras). Es fácil aparcar a la misma puerta del hotel.

Hotel de nueva construcción, fácil aparcamiento, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones espaciosas, bien equipadas, y es destacable la excelente limpieza de las mismas. En la cafetería sirve menús muy interesantes a buen precio. El ligero ruido de fondo en la habitación en la que estuve.
