cleaning staff was very noisy when moving around the rooms. I was able to hear the girl cleaning the room beside me and moving and banging all the furniture

The parking facilities were extremly difficult with a large car. Internet did not work all the time.

The hotel and train station: Valencia North are just across the street and also near bus stops. The room is clean and comfortable.

I liked the location and the room was very clean. The dining staff were very helpful.

The receptionist on my arrival was not very helpful and gave me very poor instructions re getting to the beach - I got more help from a member of the public outside. Also there was no local tourist info either in the lobby or in the room.

The hotel was well situated close to the railway station and a short walk to the historic centre.The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean. By ringing up ,we were able to use the hotel's underground car park . It is very small so early booking is advisable .

The heating/ air conditioning was difficult to regulate so our rooms got hot and stuffy during the night.

The rooms well designed and functional.

Restaurant design and surroundings good, but very poor service. Menu too cheap to offer much selection. Staff did not appear for a long while and were most unhelpful when they did. Saturday night, bar and restaurant closed!!!!!!!!

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Prices are - sometimes - ok.

Some rooms are too small. There ought to be coffee and te facilities in the room. Staff should be able to advice for restaurants at Christmas time. We asked where we could eat, but received the answer everything was closed. Many restaurants were but there were some open on 24th and 25th of December. The downside in the hotel is, that the restaurant of the hotel is closed until 7th of January, so we couldn't have room service when we needed a quiet evening ;-(

The friendly staff was the best! Usually the Spanish style is not very kind and this hotel and its receptionists as well as the personnell in the restaurant were a nice exception. I felt myself warmly welcome and I got all the information without asking, even the wi-fi codes. In addition, the personnell speaks fluent English which is not common in Spain either. Highly recommended! Greetings to the staff, just keep on going and we will return with a great pleasure. : )

This hotel was really clean and comfortable. We were not sure what to expect, especially considering how cheap it was to stay in comparison to other places we stayed while on our trip. I've made comments on other places we stayed about how they didn't have lots of hot water, this was a standard hotel and had plenty. Very comforting to know when you would shower, the water would be nice and hot. Location was very good for those traveling by train (which we did), and an easy walk around the city center.

Can't think of anything that was bad except if you're traveling by train and have young kids, continue to walk close to the train station until in the front, then cross the street. There are a few sex shops along the walk from the Renfe Station to the hotel, which I could have done without my daughter looking and asking questions about. Lesson learned.

This was our second time staying at the Zenit Valencia. We find the hotel excellent , the location is superb, and the staff are very friendly and wwelcoming. also the rooms are very comfortable, and the bathroom is always spotless and towels lovely! We would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Valencia

Close proximity to the station and city centre. The hotel Zenith is clean, quiet and comfortable, even our room which was opposite the lift was quiet.

Very comfortable and well equipped room with a nice view. Also very close to the train station ( worth seeing just for the ornate pillars and rotunda). Plenty of taxis always there. Not too far from the central market, the Cathedral and many other achitectural marvels in this beautiful city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bar not open until 20.30 in the evening. Not very convenient if it is raining.
