A lovely and clean hotel (with extremely friendly and helpful staff) in a great area of Barcelona - only 20 mins walk or so from the centre and very near to the large Corte Ingles (department store). I would definitely stay here again!

Metro station is far away from hotel,reception was not nice we would like to check is it posible to buy tickets for football match and after 3 days we didn t get answer.girl on reception was without interest to check for us anything.

Very nice location in middle of shopping areas and conveniently located near hop-on-hop-off bus tour stops of both competing bus tour companies. Easily access to transportation (metro, buses & taxis). Good buffet breakfast and very professional staff from front-desk, restaurant & housekeeping. Elevators were a little small and cramp but working well.

It was clean, comfortable, good location. The price. Very expensive for what you get but I appreciate that it was during a crazy week for Barcelona. Still wouldn't pay that much to stay there again.

The hotel Itself is fine. Even There Is No Metro To The Area, The Busses Are O.K. The Receptionist Are Very Good. They Helped Us With All Our Neeeds. TheT.V Is confusing. Could not watch vary of channels, seems to cost money. Never Saw Something like This, Before. There Are No Shelves in the closet, why ? I Think That The Citchen Stuff, Should Refresh The Dairy Ingredients In The Refregarator. There Were Not Hot Water In 2 Days In The Evening

Well served by buses. The location turned out to be further from the main attractions of Barclona than indicated on the site. It was also quite a distance from the nearest metro station.

It was very clean, breakfast fresh and good, always topped up. Modern design. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Super helpful staff! The onlt thing was that the room was a little small..which I didnt reall mind but the price could be a liiiiiittttle cheaper....would stay there again though

Everything about the hotel worked well for me on this visit and would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The area is great with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby although the hotel restaurant is good too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was good. Clean and and tidy! Going to the hotel from the city center was very easy! The metro stations are a little bit far though! The breakfast was ok too but quite expensive. For someone like me who spent most of the time out of the hotel and was there just for sleeping and refreshing, it was quite fine! The staffs definitely need to work on their English! You have to take a bus or two or the metro in order to reach the live parts of the city!

The balcony was great and the room was very spacious. Location was good and there was free wifi. We were forced to wait in the lobby for almost half an hour before someone appeared at the front desk to check us in - and there was no apology when he finally did arrive.

Mostly the staff....people at the front desk were the nicest I have ever met in any other hotel in the world, and I do travel a lot! They were very helpful, kind and open....simply perfect! I also liked our room, it was very comfy and clean; plus the location and the price.... Next time I have to visit Barcelona I will definitely go straight to Zenit hotel!
