Location, design, breakfast.

TV was little (like 19 inches), the room (17m2) its a little small. Maybe a bit expensive for what it offers.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Convenient for buses to city centre.

The hotel is modern and clean and the staff were friendly. Staff spoke good English as our Spanish is not good ! The staff helped us arrange the tourist bus and you get a small discount if you book through the hotel. The rooms are clean with a good bathroom. The hotel is quiet at night. The hotel is in a nice part of the city and there are restuarants bars and shops close by.

It is a good 45 minute walk to the old town and La Rambla. The tourist bus stops a few minutes walk away but you cannot always catch that. We did not use taxis but I can't imagine they would take long to get to the old town as Barcelona traffic does seem to flow well. We didn't see any traffic jams. If you are getting the bus from the airport into the City the closest bus stop is at the University. This is still probably a 30 minute walk to the hotel. So if you have luggage you may not fancy the walk. The bus from the airport is good value at less than 6 euros each.

The location was quite good (about 5 min to walk to Avenue Diagonal with lots of shops, bars & other facilities). The room was pretty clean & comfortable. Very friendly staff. At the end of our trip we received a small gift from the hotel (red roses as 2 days before there was a holiday St Jordi).

Good locationfor the purpose we needed. Friendly staff. Close to many bars, restaurants and clubs. 2 minutes to the ave Diagonal.

Room could be a bid bigger.

Good location in the financial district every thing in easy reach.

It was clean and warm and location was central for us with all our destinations within walking distance of the hotel.

Lovely room, clean and new. the staff really helpful, the location is ok, feets to those who want to see the side beyond the Ramblas, great night live 10 minutes walking at night...

located quite far from the Metro so you will have to walk a lot . for my opinion, do not book this hotel for your entire trip, just for 2 nights to see this area....

Stylish and comfortable. Great location. Loved the area and enjoyed being away from the tourist mainstream.

The standard room is very small, too small for a couple - it is in fact a single room that was converted to double, but without the basic facilities. It is not clearly explained at the hotel site

The friendliness and efficient helpfulness of all staff; decor; location and convenience.

The fact that a four-star hotel serves good food in an otherwise zero-star restaurant environment: both television and radio were on, very annoyingly, with rubbish content, hindering conversation. Also, the tasty food was almost cold, and was served on cold plates. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she said she might 'burn (her) hands if the plates were hot'... - So use a cloth! And make sure the hot food really is hot.

Excellent Staff, lovely room

Great location for good shopping and many restauants. Bus stop ooutside when arriving at hotel. Otherwise close to other bus stops depending on h dirction you want to go. Found the bus much easier than th metro. Trains and metro were a nuisance wuh having to deal wih stairs both up and down. There are two railway lines that you have buy different tickets. Wasted a lot time this way. Bus drivers do not speak Englsh. The hotel desk staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Ask them the bus routes you need to take. Breakfasts were excellent with fresh fruit, oghurt and egg dishes plus lots of yummy foods. Clean and Elegant rooms.

Suits business people, couples, singles and families.

El hotel ofrece una buena ubicación conectada al centro por buses o a 10 minutos caminando el metro. Es limpio, tranquilo y el personal es muy atento. Los productos de aseo y las instalaciones en general muy bien. La relación calidad-precio, óptima. Recomendable. The hotel is well connected to the centre and other areas of interest either by bus or underground which are all within walking distance. It's clean and away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Toiletries and facilities in general very good. The staff are very helpful. Recommendable.

We have stayed at the Zenit many times because it is convenient for our visits to Clinica BARRAQUER, It is also very convenient for public transport and the tourist bus. Direct bus service from Plaza Cataluna or Ramblas,stops outside no 14 bus. And also from Renfe Sants bus 32 two minutes walk away. Restaurant in hotel also very good

A lovely and clean hotel (with extremely friendly and helpful staff) in a great area of Barcelona - only 20 mins walk or so from the centre and very near to the large Corte Ingles (department store). I would definitely stay here again!

Metro station is far away from hotel,reception was not nice we would like to check is it posible to buy tickets for football match and after 3 days we didn t get answer.girl on reception was without interest to check for us anything.

Its central location in Barcelona.Rooms were clean and comfortable.Staff were pleasant and helpfull.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice location in middle of shopping areas and conveniently located near hop-on-hop-off bus tour stops of both competing bus tour companies. Easily access to transportation (metro, buses & taxis). Good buffet breakfast and very professional staff from front-desk, restaurant & housekeeping.

Elevators were a little small and cramp but working well.
