Very quite and comfortable hotel. 15 minute walk from Guggenheim museum and about 10 minute walk from Termibus station which we used to get to airport and San Sebastian. Good breakfast and free candies at the reception. Очень тихий комфортабельный отель. 15 минут пешком от Гугенхайма и 10 минут от автобусной станции, с помощью которой мы добирались до аэропорта и Сан Себастьяна. Отличный завтрак и бесплатные леденцы на ресепшн Ж)

Maybe the hotel restaurant prices was a little bit to high Цены а ресторане отеля ощутимо выше среднего.

The hotel receptionist should be given a gold star - after that nothing. !

The hotel was impossible to find. Albeit on a main road there were no illuminated lights and arriving in town at past midnight no-one could tell me where they were. The police tried to arrest me for turning in the road before a set of traffic lights and were rude and abusive. Will I ever go back, not on your life. Once inside the hotel I found the room decor dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was not clean!

This hotel is 3star hotel, cant be 4star. Not that clean and the design, facility is less than 4star

Near Guggenheim museum you can walk it, everything was at walkingdistance, tne modern center, the old center, the river, Zubiarte shopping center, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were excellent, the bathroom was very good. At the desk they were very helpfull.

We had the best beds since the beggining of our road trip through Spain. Staff was friendly and informative and the rooms themselves were almost luxurious, specially the bathroom. A very unexpected great price for the room. Teresa, Key Largo, Fl

I liked it because the staff was friendly and a range of food was very wide. The hotel has a excellent restaurant where you can order tasty dishes of basque and spanish cuisine.The hotel is situated on the big street and there is a small possibility to be lost during your walk.

5 min walk to indautxu stop of metro, which is amongst the san mames where renfe and autobus station locate, and moyua, metro stop to guggenheim. Very friendly staffs, who recommended the itinerary for my 2-day stay on the map, helped us printing the boarding passes for free. Very spacious room with a huge balcony on the 7th floor with city view. Full package of personal toiletry that you can't find in some design hotels.

A double room for 64 euro a night, everything is nearly perfect for us.

Never stayed in a hotel in Spain so quiet - wonderful. The staff were great, really helpful.

Getting into the hotel was tricky to say the least, the road outside had been dug up to prepare for a tramway so I had to block the pavement until I had access to the car park. Dining room for breakfast was a bit of a squeeze & on the communal side. O'k iff you're Spanish.

Very comfortable room. Good location. Lots to see in Bilbao.
