Ideal for a short break, pleasant staff and good facilities. Short distance from all main sites plus excellent transport on doorstep.

Large room size which including fullsize bath and not just a shower. Good breakfast and good range of food available.

As we arrived late in the evening a tea of coffe making facility in the roolwould have been welcome

Right in front of Tram link (easy access to old town). Fast wifi. Great Staff. You could hear people in other rooms, but otherwise a great hotel.

The hotel was centrally located but very quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and the food was of good quality. The staff were very helpful and all spoke excellent English.

It wasd a clean modern city hotel perfect for a business or leasure trip.The hotel was situated about a mile from the very centre of the city. In front of the hotel was a tram stop which made it very easy to reach all the attractions and places of interest. The tram linked with the metro, local railway and bus services. Around the hotel there were plenty of places to eat and shop.

Big room with good facilities, good food, pleasant atmosphere, right by the tram stop.

good value for money: comfortable, nice bathroom and good service within easy reach of the key tourist attractions (15 minute walk to the Guggenheim)

The tram terminus is directly opposite the hotel which is extremely handy for reaching other parts of the city the hotel staff were very helpful good breakfast

The Zenit was very clean, and the rooms were well equipped with everything you would need. Free internet access as well was great. I would not hesitate to use the Zenit Bilbao again

It looks as though there used to be PC's in the lobby which are no longer there, but luckily I had a tablet PC but its nice to have a backup should it be required

Unusually large room. Beautiful accommodations. Large towels, too! Room was well-appointed and comfortable. We even had an outdoor terrace.

Service in the breakfast room was very slow.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, close to transportation

A bit far from the historic "Old Town" part of Bilbao, but access to the transit system was right in front of the hotel, so that made it easier.

The tranbina (street car) station was right outside the hotel, and that made travel throughout Bilbao very easy.

The beds were a little hard for our taste, and having a rollaway bed for our son made the room crowded.

Buena relación precio-calidad. Desayunos satisfactorios. Transporte público a la mano (buses) o a pocas cuadras (metro). Personal diligente, salieron a ayudarme a meterme al párking y a detener el tráfico circundante para ello.

El párking - carísimo (unos 22 Euros por noche), imposible de maniobrar, y vehículos impertinentes te tienen la entrada bloqueada a menudo.

Everything was delivered as advertised. The quality of service was great.

The staff weren't very informed about events or recommendations for activities in town.

Good location to main city area and for starting our Pilgrimage Walk. Reception staff very helpful in giving information and directions to Cathedral in old part of city. Room very clean and comfortable.

Restaurant - no menus in English, very difficult to understand Spanish menus even with dictionary! Staff not used to English tourists!

The service was fantastic, the room was very modern and clean and it was located 30 seconds away from Gran Via.

The TV only had 3 working channels - all in Spanish.

It was very clean and its decor was in very good order. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

I booked this hotel as a stopping point prior to embarking on the ferry to Portsmouth the following morning because it had a car park. Unfortunately upon our arrival at the hotel in the evening the car park was full and the nearby public car park nearby was was not opening early enough the following morning to catch the ferry. The hotel were very accommodating letting me leave the vehicle outside the hotel on the street.I would have preferred to have had a confirmed car park place when I booked the hotel.

Very good value: modern, clean hotel at a moderate price. Breakfast all-you-can-eat buffet is also a bargain (10€). Although the hotel is not located in the historic part of the city (Casco Viejo), location is good: Metro is 5 minutes by foot and brings you in 5 minutes to Casco Viejo (but we chose to go there walking as it is not that much, about 25 minutes, and a good way to discover the city). 15 minutes walk to go the Guggenheim.
