The hotel was very comfortable and everything was perfect there. The location is not very central, I didn´t mind that at all but at first it was quite difficult to find the hotel, even though it is close to the metro station. |

The bedroom and bathroom were very good, and the hotel staff helpful. The internet was unavailable, and apparently paid for. |

suburb of madrid but convenient with metro hotel is in good condition it is told they ve free parking but only 4 places u can never find available so u ve to park underground and pay 15+tax |

The bathroom was very clean and neat, staff where very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet would continually cut out approx. every 5 minutes so you would have to refresh your connection to make it work again this became very annoying but if you are only looking for a quick check of your emails this would be no problem but anything else do not expect much from this.The hotel computer was also down at the time of our stay so maybe this had something to do with it. |

Very nice quality hotel. Well appointed. Good services. Location was incnvenient for our purposes - in a residential area far from restaurants and transportation. Traveling with a vegetarian and we were unable to order at the hotel restaurant. Eventually resorted to room service. |

the bathroom was broken and they didn't want to change us the room. Very far from everything in madrid. Breakfast very expensive 15 euros per person. Paid parking. Connection to internet super slow. weekends the hotel has parties and there is a lot of noise. No one to help with the luggages. Its mpre a 3 starts hotel then a 4. |

We personally did not have a pleasant stay at the hotel, the only possitive aspect is that the staff were very friendly and understanding. This s a 4 star hotel, the telephone in the room should work, so is the safe, they should training their staff better. I mean am a tourist I ask for the map of the city the first question that the receptionist should make is “Do you want me to show you where the hotel is on the map sir?”. And the English at the front desk should be at a higher level |
