It looks like a brand new hotel. Rooms are very clean, very big, with free internet access, in a very quite zone. Food was very good aswell. The personnel very kind, they helped me to print my boarding pass free of charge.

Excellent location - five minutes to Metro - fifteen minutes from centre. Quiet, safe, residential area. Breakfast good. Extremely thin walls - disturbed by next door room on two nights out of three. Mini-bar/toiletries not always replaced. Food in cafeteria in evening not brilliant - and cold!

Very nice modern hotel. Large room. Dinner very well served and not expensive. A good option if we traveller by car as we can park free in streets nearby hotel. Five minutes walking to Metro Esperanza station. Low temperature inside room. Too much noise during morning caused by waitresses

Close to the metro. Modern and funky. The outside area was nice. One of the staff working at the bar was very rude and grumpy, but all the other staff were excellent.

The breakfast each day was something to look forward to, and they made sure the rooms were very clean. Some of the staff were unwillling to help us in english even though we could see they understand,which made some things very difficult. We asked beforehand for twin beds,but got double beds.

Very modern and globally nice, so good value for money. Very convenient if you are with a car: easy parking on the street and the subway is near the hotel. Only one bad point but quite important: for a recent and so modern hotel, there is no soundproofing. You hear your neighbours as if they were in the same room. Imposible to sleep when you are near a crazy family shouting with their son at 2am!!!

I liked all in generally. The room, the employees sympathy, the hotel, etc. The internet didn't work. Don't have capacity to all the visitants. I'm an IT developer and i had repared on the wireless client's overflow.

El hotel muy nuevo y de diseño. La habitacion genial, la cama supercomoda y el desayuno muy completo y variado. Además esta en una zona donde es facil aparcar y la parada de metro está muy cerca. Muy recomendable para visitar Madrid y alrededores y muy bonito para ir en pareja.

La relación calidad/precio está muy bien. La boca del metro Esperanza está muy cerquita y andando son un par de minutos. El personal es muy agradable y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. El precio del desayuno buffet, como en todos los hoteles es un poco caro, y la insonorización de las habitaciones no es del todo buena.
