Very good location - metro station is only few minutes away, city center - 20minutes walking distance, friendly and very helpfull staff, great value for the money. Great choice!

The location is a bit off from the city centre, but still easibly reachable by foot. In the next building there's a school, which you can hear loudly if you ever decide to sleep in a little.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, there was no noise at night outside the rooms enabling a good nights sleep. The breakfast had a good selection of food and was fresh. It would have been nice to have a drink in the evenings at the Bar but it was always in darkness with no staff so looked uninviting.

I was extremely impressed with the Zenith Borrell Hotel from start to finish. The rooms were spotless. We had our dinner in the restaurant a few times and we could not fault it. The service we received in the Hotel was beyond reproach. We experienced a bit of noise coming from the adjoining bedroom the first night and it was immediately acted upon by the Concierge when I mentioned it to him. The Zenith Borrell is an excellent Hotel to stay in both for value and service.

Not far from the center, near a subway station. Room was very small and with no view whatsoever, to the inner courtyard and since it was near street level almost no natural light. Very claustrophobic...

Very efficient helpful and friendly staff. Well designed and decorated hotel; and a very comfortable bed. Good sized rooms and very quiet. Very close to metro station and fairly easy to find. Breakfast was enjoyable and varied. I liked zenit borrell so much i am writing this from zenit abeba in madrid; and my experience here replicates barcelona.

Room was just what we were looking for in size, food in restaurant was good, staff accommodating and helpful,Location not great, but within short walk to metro system, about 25 minute walk to Rambales/Catalan Center. A few restaurants nearby, but Hotel restaurant was better choice for local dining, especially breakfast buffet. We would stay there again and recommend to a friend, We did several tours and had no issues getting to tour areas timely from this location. The rooms are a bit small, but that is Europe in our 7-9 trips to various cities and facilities. Zenit Borrell was overall a good and repeatable experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to a cruise. Very nice location, quiet but within walking distance of the Hop on/off Bus which we used two days. Close to metro too but we did not use that. Walked around the neighborhood to find restaurants which were very good. Convenience stores close by too. Nice clean neighborhood. Room was a little small but typical for Europe. Everything thing about the room was nice though.

The room was big and clean, specially the bathroom with marble walls and modern sinks. The staff was very friendlyand helpful. The hotel is in an quiet aerea yet the underground station is not too far away. It is only a 15 min walk to La Rambla and Casa Mila.

The hotel staff extremely friendly and polite and the rooms where very clean. It would have been good if the hotel had tea & coffee making facilities in the room, this is the only thing it lacked.

Clean, modern, new hotel, great buffet breakfast, quiet. Not so well located if you want to hang around in Gracia, Eixample, Barri Gotic. Although, there is a Metro station 2 blocks from the hotel. The wireless Internet was VERY slow. We had a room in the 5th floor and the signal was so bad, that it was hard to send an email. It was a bit better in the hotel restaurant, but not that great.

Very welcoming reception area. Staff very helpful. The rooms were of a reasonable size, with a very comfortable bed. Free Wi Fi, with decent bandwidth throughout the hotel. Not a complaint as such, but would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities provided in the rooms. Also a list showing available tv channels and numbers would have been helpful.
