Helpfulness of staff

Rather small room. Extremely noisy all night from close proximity of the square.

Wifi connection worked good.

Noisy. Heard sounds of the automatic door working and noises of people around the park nearby.

Well signed if travelling by car with essential underground parking (€15 per night) to find modern hotel which fits into the area... Asked for see view and double bed so they thought hard and found us a room with double and a sort of view at the side - thoughtful staff at all times. Good WiFi everywhere and a free PC in lobby. Good buffet breakfast. Location just off the beach area and easy to walk to other activities in town

Parking very small so would be hard with large car! Room safe needed new battery and no-one came to fix despite asking. Restaurant is underground without windows.

The location was very convenient and facilities were adequate.

The room was somewhat overpriced and didn't smell very nice.

I had a booked an ocean view room and when we arrived discovered the hotel was a block from the ocean and the view was a sliver of ocean between two buildings. The ac was broken upon arrival late at night so they gave me a fan for the night, as it was very hot and the window could not stay open due to lots of traffic noise. They fixed it the next day. The 2nd day there was a leak from the ceiling light in the bathroom, it stopped after about 1/2 hour, then came again later in the day. We stayed in much better hotels in Spain for less money, would not book this hotel again.

Clean , modern, and convenient for the City of Coruna.

Location - near the centre of the city and by the beach.

The beds in this hotel are unbelievably comfortable to the point that I found it hard to get up in the morning! A good quality hotel with a modern interior and good facilities. Great value off-season, too. Rooms at the front could be a little noisy on the lower floors so ask for an interior or room at the back. The front rooms don't have a sea view so it doesn't make a difference.

Good location close to the city centre and beach, clean and spacious room, nice bathroom.

Food delivered by room service was not very good.

Hotel bonito y bien ubicado. Habitaciones silenciosas, con doble puerta en cada habitación y doble ventana. Instalaciones limpias y modernas. Buffet delicioso. Bien en general. Por buscar un fallo, por lo demás común a todos los hoteles, el aire acondicionado no funciona cuando hace frío en la calle.

Todo está bien Hemos cenado en el hotel, el menú del día y muy bueno por muy poco dinero. 23€ dos personas

El parking, un poco caro

El hotel muy bonito. La habitación amplia, cómoda y muy luminosa. El personal muy atento y con buenas recomendaciones de dónde comer y salir.

Quizás que hacía mucho calor en la habitación. Y el precio del desayuno.

Bom acolhimento com funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Hotel moderno e limpo. Um pequeno senão, quartos embora bem apetrechados, eram um pouco pequenos.. Gilson Brilhante
