The location is great, very near calle indipendencia where you can find shops and supermarkets (el corte inglès is in calle indipendencia). It is clean and very quiet. The staff is ok and the design is quite nice. I recommend it.

Very clean, comfortable and excellent value. Rooms were big (for European standard), immaculate, modern and very comfortable. The location and price was great too. No complains. Nothing.

Location was the most valued. If I had to say anything, being very picky, our room was slightly small and bathroom a bit old.

This very nice hotel is centrally located and all the major points of interest are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a huge breakfast buffet, with a very large choice. During bank holidays all parking places are full in the city centre and it is worth to pay the 15,30 € a day for the parking garage 2 blocks away from the hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect for seeing Zaragoza. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from all the sights and shops. The room was furnished to a high standard and was exceptionally clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. We also made use of the car park which is located a couple of streets away. Having seen how the Spanish park their cars I was glad mine was in a secure underground car park. The spaces in this car park are tight, but it is no worse than some of the car parks in London.

Actually the answers to the above questions say it all. The only downside is that all the tv stations are in Spanish except for news, they should at least provide a couple in English or at best with English sub titles,

Location is excellent - walking distance from center; room was spacious and clean Parking is not in hotel, but not far walking and reasonably priced Not well designed in terms of acustic - one could hear too much of what is going on in other rooms and corridor (during our holidays, we have been in 3 other hotels of similar category, and never heard anything, so too much of a coincidence all the noisy neighbours converged to this one...) Elevator ridiculously small

The hotel is very close to Puerta del Carmen, where the airport shuttle bus stops. Midtown is just a ten-minute walk away. The room was huge and breakfast was quite satisfactory. The only bad thing is that the maid entered the room two times even though the "Do not disturb" panel was hanging out of the door.

One problem with Zaragoza in general: NOt many people speak english. Like it's not ment for people that doesn't speak spanish. Very difficult to communicate. CAn't really expect every tourisst to speak spanish. Like expecting everyone that goes to russia ti speak russian. At the hotel only one person spoke english. Luckily we also speak german and a guy in reseption understood that.

Fair walking distance to the main touristic attractions. Nothing spectacular in this hotel. One needs 2 - 3 days to visit Zaragoza, not more - it becomes boring to walk the same streets several days in a row. If driving a car, you can find free parking lots in the neighbourhood, no need to use the reception desk recommendations to use a specific paid parking. Hotel staff could try to smile a bit. They seem to be rather commercial in their approach than customer oriented.

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. I have been a guest here for nearly 4 weeks (first for 20 days, then for several more), and it has been a very positive experience throughout the duration of my stay. The building itself is located on a side street that intersects the main road about ½ a block from the hotel’s main entrance. The location is easily accessible and adjacent to the best shopping in Zaragoza, but it also affords shelter from most of the traffic and street noise. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated from floor to ceiling. The chosen décor is contemporary yet comfortable in both the rooms and common areas. Reliable wi-fi is available free of charge throughout the building. The staff is kind & accommodating. In the course of my stay, I requested everything - a room with a view, a salon recommendation, taxies to take me to all corners of the city, cafes, and alternative meeting places - and every time they were more than happy to quickly accommodate. The restaurant has a wide variety of cuisine, and I was never once dissatisfied with my selection. The breakfast buffet selection was ample and the food was well prepared. Regarding the rate, I had friends and colleges staying all over the city, some only 2 minutes away by foot in an inferior hotel, and they were paying 15 Euros per night more than I was, not including internet! I highly recommend Zenit Don Yo Hotel in Zaragoza.

Excellent for the price, personnel was really nice. The breakfast was way too expensive - and we didn't book it indeed. There are plenty of places around the hotel that serve excellent breakfast for much less, unfortunately, they open quite late.
