helpful personal quiet street cleannes
Nice, clean, modern, excellent breakfast, quiet location, easy access to the city center, comfortable rooms, very well equipped bathrooms, helpful staff, good location if you want to visit Málaga !!!
The centre of Malaga is well worth a visit in its own right
The hotel is modern and comfortable. The staff are efficient and helpful. Our room was a good size and very comfortable: street noise was minimal. We had stayed in the Zenit 7 years ago, and were happy to find it was still as good.
We both found the coffee very disappointing as it was from a machine. However, there are many cafes round about, all with good reasonable coffee. This would not prevent me returning to the Zenit; but the standard of coffee mars what is an otherwise excellent breakfast.
Hotel is modern well furnished and comfortable. Only 15 minutes walk from the plaza Merced so good place to stay if you want to visit Malaga sights
Air conditioning in our room wasn't very powerful
Nice large bathroom with 2 sinks. Paid for a balcony which is a must. Late checkout until 8pm for an extra 20euro if available Very helpful staff, cleaners etc Local cafés and shops on doorstep
20-30 minute walk into the old town and beach but very straight forward so not a problem to us
Very clean modern, tastefully decorated rooms with a great bathroom. Rooms with balcony are worth the upgrade as I saw a lot of rooms with close views of the adjacent building. The balconies are large with table chairs and sunbed. 10 to 15 min walk to the old town.
Disappointing breakfast. The waitress was busy cleaning but made such a noise clattering the crockery and cutlery but failed to replenish food. It was regular that there was no orange, milk, fresh bread, milk in the coffee machine or bowls of fruit. On one day there was one slice of cheese and 2 slices of ham on a tray and no scrambled egg. Although we did witness fresh food come out 10 mins before serving finished abeit no guest left to eat it. Possibly felt it was a little disorganised between the kitchen staff and the waiting on staff. Out of a 4 day stay this was the average service at breakfast time.
Clean, nice big quiet room, nice new furniture, safe box in wardrobe, black out curtains to make room completely dark, location of hotel, friendly staff
Breakfast coffee and tea from the machine was not great, not enough fresh tomato was put out on breakfast bar, twin beds in room are not as good as double beds, they slide away from each other easily
- Great staff - Clean rooms and, what's most important, bathrooms - Quite good location
- A bit of walking to the city center or to the beach, but not that bad
Nice room, comfortable bed, a lot of nice cafeterias near the hotel. Very helpful and polite receptionist. Perfect for short stay. For long stay location could be a problem, it takes around 15 minutes to reach center of Malaga.
The room before our visit wasn't cleaned well, all sink desk was in someone's beard hair!
Expensive for small rooms in not a very good location.
Good value for the price looking like a hotel at 4 stars.
The personal from breakfast was a little indiferent.
Clean, modern and in walking distance to the main pedestrian area of Malaga. The staff was helpful and the hotel is comfortable.
While we couldn't hear people in their rooms, any noise in the hallway was quite loud. The only thing is that we paid 7 euro each for breakfast and, while it was extensive and available until 10.30am, when we got there at 10am, all of the cooked food had finished.
Great price, very clean, helpful staff.
was a bit noisy even in the middle of the night. Beds were a bit flimsy which creaked whenever we turned over.
Breakfast is fabulous!!!!!!!!!
Spacious bathroom. Staff friendly. Breakfast generally fine, except for negatives noted opposite
Noisy and slow coffee machine at breakfast, and it would be a very long wait if there were a lot of people all wanting coffee at the same time. Also bacon was horrible, barely cooked at all. Wifi unreliable, it kept getting interrupted.
The friendliest hotel I have ever been to.
Our room was big enough, with a great bathroom and a comfortable bed.
The air conditioner was not working well, so the room temperature was really high.
Excellent accommodations for a 3 star Hotel. The room was very good and well as the staff. It's walking distance to the center.
Location away for the tourist scene, more Spanish speakers and normal way of life. Staff very helpful and always polite.
Could have facilities in room for making coffee would be great.
It is clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice.
The room is very dark. Hotel is little bit far away from city center.
Kind, polite staff. They provided us with an iron upon request. Breakfast was excellent. Comfy bed, clean bedroom, bathroom.
Should be double glazed windows for better insulation because of street noise is quite loud, even if the window is closed.
peaceful hotel, no disturbances
nothing really, staff not really evident, when asked for directions was told out of the door and walk!!!! not v useful!
nice large room and bathroom
Too far out of the centre of Malaga. No bar/restaurant facilities Sunday evening and few local places to eat and drink, necessitating a taxi into town.Essentially this is a business hotel.
indeed a splendid hotel, supermarket (some tiny restaurants) and busstop around the corner, hiking possibilities nearby to the castle and hinterland mountains and woods. If you follow the yellow/white litoral it's 12km up/down twice because there no bus to return at the end Arroya...(=river down in the woods)
