This is a lovely hotel in a great location.. The staff were very nice and very helpful too !! The room was very cosy and bed was really comfy.. There are lots of bars/cafe around the hotel and its a very nice part of the city... My wife and I loved hotel and will go back soon... All good....

In an old area full of atmosphere, and quiet though close enough to shops, cathedral, market, river and grand via There is a smell of drains though I find this in a lot of city hotels in hot countries

Very convenient for city centre shops and tapas bars etc. Breakfast - when we arrived for breakfast at 9 00am, it had almost all gone. We mentioned this to the receptionist who, without saying anything, refunded the cost of breakfast so all was well.

This is a very nice hotel. Very well situated for seeing the city, with friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean, good facilities. The breakfast is also very very good!

Great location, in the center of Murcia, close to everything by foot. Ideal neighbourhood with traditional restaurants and cafes. The hotel is very clean and the stuff is friendly. Great value for money. Highly recommended for stay in the center of Murcia. Lack of balconies, for the majority of rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to pleasant plazas and cathedral. Worth paying extra for one of the two rooms with a terrace. Smell of drains pervades lobby and bathroom.

I found the hotel in an excellent position for walking into the city. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. It represented very good value for a city break. On entering the hotel it had a bad drain smell which was not very pleasant. The breakfast food did not look apetising and I would recommend you do not pay for food to be included as it is easy to walk out to the many cafe's situated in the nearby squares.

Late arrival (after midnight) not a problem. Our room had a refrigerator. Breakfast was good value for money. Fresh, modern fit out in our room A self service coffee machine would have provided more drinkable coffee at breakfast

The room terrace was huge and great for sunbathing in the 104 degree heat! The Gran Rhin bar next door is great for beer and tapas The room was sufficient for a city break, it was extremely clean, with a lovely bathroom of a modern design. No tea/coffee making facilities

Very helpful staff. Very accommodating about changing our room to one with bigger beds. Great views from our balcony and great position as in the centre of town but not too noisy. It is a shame the nice rooms with balconies do not have bigger beds.

Everything was just more than fine...close to all locations, quiet, clean, wifi all over... And staff was so polite and helpful! Well... If only the breakfast buffet was a little bit richer....but anyway, it's close to the average of hotels of the same class, so it doesn't mind a lot ....
