The location. The hotel is at walking distance from the historical center. Sevilla is a fantastic city. The staff tried to get us into a smoking room while I requested a non- smoking room. If you do not speak Spanish it is impossible to communicate with most of the staff.

The room was large enough and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Staff were very slow, didn't speak much English, didn't respond to a request to replace a broken appliance in the room. Room didn't have a view as requested, but faced the elevator shaft or parking lot.

We liked the location and the food was very good and inexpensive for a 4 star hotel. Internet was slow, safety deposit box wasn't free and facial tissues in bathroom were rationed.

Excellent. Staff helpful and friendly and room was superb with international TV. Location was 15 mins from the centre of Seville and in a quiet district and easy to get too. Breakfast was very good with both hot and cold buuffet and plenty of choice and attentive staff. Would definitely look for other Zenit hotels when touring around, well worth the money. could not fault it

We enjoyed our stay all along. Rooms were extremely tidy, quiet and comfortable, and hotel was walking distance to all intereting places. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommended. Just a tiny bit. I would have liked more choice in the menu of the evening meals. It is quite enjoyable to eat twice at hotel during stay, so a bit more variety would not go amissing.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was siuated very close to the city centre. The room quite spacious and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. It also had a laptop at reception for free internet access. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Seville.

The hotel was situated in a quiet cul de sac just off one of the main streets in the Triana district. Our room was over the reception area and overlooked the side of the Church next door but totally quiet and no traffice or street noise, Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. As we only stayed 2 nights we didn't get the opportunity to try the restaurant as we ate in the many, many Tapas bars in the immediate area and around the Cathedral quarter. The reception staff were very helpful and marked out the various places of interest on a map for us. The room was large and the beds very comfortable. We cannot find any fault with the hotel itself. We were on the 1st floor, perhaps if we'd had a room higher up we might have had a view of the river and the Cathedral. We plan to do Seville again later in the year and if we stay at the Zenit I would ask if we could have a room that gave us some views of this beautiful city.

Excellent location. I would stay in the same area if we went back. It is easily accessible to all the major sights. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very helpful with pointing out local restaurants, helping with early morning cabs, etc.

We wanted a hotel that was in a real neighborhood of Seville--as opposed to the heart of the tourist district. Based on recommendations, we chose the Triana neighborhood, west of the river. This turned out to be a great location, with plenty of restaurants but part of the city. And the Zenit Sevilla was an ideal hotel. Very reasonable--especially compared to hotels in El Centro. Nice accommodations and spacious room (for three). We did not have a car, so we didn't have to deal with parking. No complaints. Very nice hotel for the money. A great deal

The staff was extremely helpful! They went out of their way to help us arrange a rental car for a day trip to Granada. They were helpful with any need we had during our stay. The location is good and within walking distance to pretty much anything a person may want to see in Sevilla. Room was cute, comfy and clean.

We stayed in september 2011 and this was a return trip . We find it excellent value for money - very helpful front desk staff and a good breakfast .The room and bathroom is as you require them . we also stayed at Valencia Zenit and in april we will use the Zenit in malaga .

The hotel was modest, but clean and nice. We booked the breakfast in advance and it was 8 euro and worth it. If you do it there it is 13 euro...too much, although a varied and tasty continental breakfast. The only criticism was that the 3rd floor was a smoking floor and the smell came through the ventillation system to the non smoking floors. It was not good. We stayed in 3 dif rooms because we were there for 2 days, then travelled elsewhere in Spain and returned there for 2 more days. Our first room was more of a suite with a couch/chairs, very roomy. The second room was much smaller and was hot. No ac at this time of year. We moved the last day and the hotel was very accomodating about moving us. That room was small, but cooler. The only criticism was that the 3rd floor was a smoking floor and the smell came through the ventillation system to the non smoking floors
