Price was excellent, location was good, only a 15 minute stroll to the old town. Air conditioned rooms. The 'city bus tour' has a stop just across the road from hotel which was very handy.

Beds were uncomfortable, noise from hallways and outside the hotel was annoying.

location in Triana excellent

reception staff offhand - didn't acknowledge us at arrival or check out time - the room although spacious was really dingy , I did ask for a room with a view but got a view of other room window's approx 3 metres away and didn't know if it was day or night ! . We would not stay there again or recommend it to friend's.

Dass die Rezeption sich geweigert hat, Ansichtskarten zu Post zu geben. Habe ich bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie noch nie erlebt.

The hotel was very central in triana,only a short walk across the bridge to the centre of Sevilla.Great to find wifi in rooms and free. Staff very friendly rooms clean but dated

Think the rooms could do with alittle up dating especially bath room for a four star hotel.thought for a four star it was bad that a safe in the room had to be paid for on a daily basis, think for security this should be free

Location and efficiency

Bland Noisy Americans in corridor near our bedroom at 2am

Room was economical, quiet, roomy enough for 4 people, clean.

Wi-fi reception in the room itself was sporadic

Hotel itself is fine. Location not fantastic as it is a good 15-20 mins walk to the historic sites.

The hotel did not turn on the aircon hence most rooms were relying on natural breeze through opened windows. This in itself was not a problem except that Spaniards seem to party every night till 3 am. The noise level with windows opened is unbelievable.

Very comfortable hotel and friendly staff close to city attractions.

No English tv service

I liked the location of the hotel, as it was away from the main city. The bonus was the underground hotel car parking-a big plus in a busy city! Clean & well presented too.

Quite noisy at night. You could hear quite a few of the guests through the rooms walls.

Staff were friendly from when we arrived to leaving. Hotel was very clean, room was excellent good size and lovely bathroom. Had a second door which you closed once in the bedroom - which closed off the bathroom and main entrance door - this meant that you did not hear any noise from the corridor. Location was excellent and easy to find. Walk out of the entrance and you where among the shops and cafe bars. Easy walk to main sites not more than 15 mins away. Some say car parking was expensive but compared to what you would pay in any city I thought it was a fair price - plus your car is totally secure. Loved Seville and will stay here again.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Great tips on where to eat and sight seeing etc. The location was brilliant everything was within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Great location and great value for money. Hotel was tucked away near bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre

Car park expensive at 19€ per night but nearby public underground car par can be used for 12€ per night.

The staff gave us free parking because we did not have hot water in our room. The room was very comfortable and very well decorated. Parking was secure.

Being moved from my initial room to another when I was quite happy with the first room.

Very underpowered wireless internet - quite disappointing as this is a primary consideration when I choose a hotel, as a businessman on holiday

near to city

We cuold not get a cup of coffe untill the bar opened. Breakfast was to expensive comparing to what we anted to have ( coffe and one croassant)

I have used this hotel for many years and would not stay anywhere else in Seville. It is right in the centre of the Triana district but the rooms are very quiet and peaceful. Staff are friendly and efficient and always on hand to give advice and suggestions
