Excellent location (5 minutes walking to downtown). The room was spacious and clean. The employees at the reception were friendly and attentive. The pool is excellent The windows to the front of the hotel could have a better insolation to sound as we could hear people laughing outside (very short period of time until people walked away). Surprisingly the sounds of traffic were not disturbing. Although the breakfast was not that bad, could be better.

It is ideally located for seeing the city and all of the recommended sites, without using public transport if you can walk for a mile or two It was very hot and the air conditioning was not working making sleep imposible

excelent location to visit all the Roman remains and easy to find and park, however the location of the hotel shown on booking.com is wrong. The hotel is just on the right as you cross the bridge into Merida take the first slip road up to the roundabout go straight across and the hotel entrance is on the right next door to the garage. The restaurant did not open until 2100 hrs which was inconvenient for anyone who had driven a long way and wanted an early night, however ther food in the bar was the same as the food in the restaurant and a lot cheaper. There was only one channel on the television and that was sport and one of the single beds had obvously been used a lot as somewhere to sit and one side was rather soft

המלון סביר ביותר. קל להגיע אליו מהכביש הראשי ורואים אותו מכל כיוון. חניה ללא תשלום במגרש צמוד למלון. לא יוקרתי ולא מנסה להיות כזה. פשוט ונחמד. מתאים לחניית ביניים כשנוסעים מרחקים ארוכים באנדלוסיה.

O hotel não disponibiliza wireless grátis. O preço é de 2 Euros por hora. Hora corrida e não por tempo de utilização. O resultado é que paguei por uma hora e somente utilizei 5 minutos, pois mesmo sem utilizar a internet o tempo foi computado.

El personal del hotel amable. Dejo mucho que desear la limpieza de la habitación. Me tropecé con un vaso de bebida con colillas de cigarrillo, en una habitación para no fumadores. Y la calefacción sonaba demasiado.

Hotel correcto . Solo estuve una noche, pero me parecio normal. El trato correcto. Tiene aparcamiento y está cerca del centro por lo que se puede acceder anadando a casi todos los sitios interesantes de Mérida.

La ubicación y el personal El resto. La relación calidad precio deja mucho que desear hay pensiones mucho mas baratas y de calidad infinitamente mejor. Para empezar hemos pedido una habitación doble y nos pusieron en una habitación cuadruple ??!!, para poder cargar la bateria de los moviles tuvimos que desenchufar la televisión ya que no habia ningun enchufe más en toda la habitación!!, Solo uno en el baño. Para acceder al wifi hay que pagar cuando en la mayoria de los hoteles es gratuito ( y eso que es de 3 estrellas!!???), la ducha..... Ejem!, Fijada en la pared y solo salía un hilo de agua, ideal para lavarse el pelo largo vamos!. Para rematar es imposible dormir!!, Se oye todo!! En un momento dado pense que inundaba la habitación ya que no hacia más que oir agua de cisternas, duchas..., Ahhh!! Y se agradeceria que tuviera un minibar aunque este vacio, para poder guardar aunque sea un botellin de agua. En fin!! No lo recomiendo para nada.

La persona en la recepción es simpatica y profesional. No hay aire-acondicionado con la temperatura de más 30 grados. las camas son duras. Las limpiezas ocupan el acensor mientras hablando y el cliente debe que bajar por la escalera desde cuarta planta.

Su ubicación, al estar cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad y el aparcamiento gratuito del hotel. Se le nota el paso del tiempo, no obstante, es recomendable por trato del personal y limpieza.
