Really nice pool and lounge areas. No minibar/fridge in the room. The wifi connection in the room was not working (and was not fixed for an entire week), so had to use the wifi in the reception area.

Great vibe and good Internet! Good if cool crowd and chic atmosphere. Small bathroom in single rooms. If you're not into fashion or a scene, probably it's not for you.

quiet, simple, design and comfortable. overall good staff (not everyone), good atmosphere, no loud kids no change of towels at the swimming pool, no cleaning of the room every day, breakfast a bit boring, some of the staff not the nicest (close to rude at some occasions)

The room was beautiful - very modern and white and the pool was stunning. We didn't like the fact they couldn't find our booking when we arrived. Also, it was miles away from Puerto Portals which is the search criteria I had put in for location.

Das Ambiente und das Hotelpersonal samt Chef sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr stylisch u nahe an Palma, tolles Pool und super Buffet und Essen. Alles in allem ein Hotel das man sehr gerne wieder bucht und auch weiterempfiehlt.

Wir haben explizt nach der Lage gesucht und gefunden. Sicht auf das Meer war ausserdem ein Wunsch, der uns erfüllt Wurde. Da wir das Hotel sonst nicht in Anspruchgenommen haben, hat uns auch die Strasse unter dem Balkon nicht gestört. Die interessante Innenausrichtung des Hotels ist optisch und vom Ambiente ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind schön, aber nicht funktional. Wenig Stauraum, knappe Ablageflächen aber für unsere Zwecke aussreichend

Hotel Zhero har det vi efterfrågar, lugnt, avkopplande, fräsht och fränt. Hotellet har trevlig personal och det är rent och snyggt. Läget på hotellet är perfekt med närhet till 3 olika stränder. Avslutningsvis kan vi rekommendera hotellets grillbuffé som var en riktig höjdpunkt. Minibar saknades på rummet.

Le service et le style de l'hôtel sont très intéressants.La situation de l'hotel est idéal car 5 minutes du centre de Palma. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'acceuil est très chaleureux avec champagne! La rue qui donne sur les chambres avant est bruillante le matin

Nosotros estuvimos una semana en Agosto de vacaciones, tanto la ubicación como la limpieza no están mal (aunque las sábanas no nos las cambiaron en todo el tiempo). La decoración es minimalista (todo blanco), agradable Demasiadas pretensiones para el hotel q es, No tiene ascensor En las habitaciones no hay armarios cuando tienen suficiente espacio para tenerlo No hay nevera en la habitación. Me parece q falta mobiliario muy básico q tiene cualquier hotel. Pd: Yo viajo a menudo por trabajo también
