Have stayed before and enjoyed our second visit. Excellent location, right next to parking and has its own ski store adjacent to the main lift. Reception staff helpful - but see below. Restaurant staff efficient but maybe a little distant. Very comprehensive breakfast but, as usual in Spanish hotels, most hot food lukewarm! Efficient check-in and check-out. Very good bar/cafeteria with friendly and helpful barman/waiter and good value snack food. We speak reasonable Spanish - but couldn't understand a word the male receptionist said in either Spanish or English! He was pleasant and friendly, but obviously from the Billy Connelly school of pronunciation! There was free wi-fi available in the bar area, but it defied every attempt I made to connect to it. Others seemed more successful, however. It was rather off-putting that the hot water was brown in colour! I did comment to reception, but they just suggested I let the water run for a bit. It was still running brown after filling the bath, so... Cold water was clear and tasted fine. Something for Maintenance to have a look at?

This hotel is perfectly situated in Sierra Nevada for all the amenities and ski lifts. The staff were all cheerful and helpful and the room was clean and warm. We would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was amazing catering for every possible taste. The only negative I can add is that we decided to go for half board and the buffet dinner was barely warm, however, I must stress that I have have found this to be the case in many other hotels where we have had 'buffet meals'! They did also have a hot plate and a chef who cooked either fish or meat of your choice which, of course, was very hot. I had salmon the second night and my husband had steak, both of which were excellent.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy and has everything you need. Good value for money and the ski lockers were brilliantly located underneath the main ski station. Parking for the hotel was also very convenient and sold at a discounted rate. Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is right in the main square near the gondola and you can even get into it from a door in the main underground car park. It's really spacious, with a really nice lounge area where there's wifi and plenty of room for everyone. I was most impressed at their set up to allow you to make the most of the skiing. We only stayed one night, but we were able to get changed and leave our case early on day one before we'd checked in. You also get a ski locker that night and for the whole of the day you check out. You can leave your luggage again when you check out and come back for a shower when you pick it up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room gave a good value for money. The lockers that were given as a service were life saving, they are located just under the main gondola and they make your life so much more easy and comfortable. The only small not so good thing was the third bed, but my older baby (4 years old) slept there, and for a child it's ok. I wouldn't recommend that bed for an adult.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff - perfect for a ski trip - close by the chair-lifts - very convenient locker It's in the middle of the small town, so at the end of the day you can walk by any restaurant or bar - also close to all the ski and gear rental shops We'll definetely stay here again When its your first time, its difficult to get to the hotel, the main entrance can only be accessed by walking - if you are reaching by car the entrance its inside the garage

Excellent restaurant - convenience for ski slopes, shopping centre and after ski bars. The hotel had a lot of young children and the the rooms are not very soundproof. I would not stay here again unless I was accommodated on the 1st floor. We were located on level minus 3 and found it difficult to get a good nights sleep. My 35 year old daughter and 16 year old grandson felt the same in regard to the noise lvls.

The hotel is full of character and is very close to the centre of town, bus terminal and ski lifts. It has its own amazing views down the valley to Granada. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style so you can help yourself. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd really recommend this hotel - I'd stay there again! Rooms can be a bit noisy occasionally during the day as floors are uncarpeted and you can hear wheeled luggage move about over head - but this disturbance was rare and didn't bother me.

The service was good and location excellent. Also use of the ski lockers was extremely handy and a good benefit of this hotel. Staff where extremely helpful and pleasant. They arranged for us to be moved to a room with a double bed the day after we got there. I think this is one of the better hotels in resort as others we tried where even nosier. The design of the hotel meant the hotel was noisy you could hear everyone walking down the corridor. The boiler toward room 329 was extremely noise at 6.30 in the morning. We ask to be moved which was great and the staff were great and tried to find us a quieter room which was good. But the second room had a very annoying humming noise. This was located to our electrical box which was repaired the next day but you could also hear humming noises from the rooms next door. One other minor grip was that you couldn't have a long lie in because the cleaners turn on the room radio's whilst they clean other rooms.

Very friendly staff, relatively cheap compared to others, clean. I enjoyed my stay there. Internet is free but only in the common areas. There is no internet in the rooms (only in the common areas, but at least, for free).

Superb location for skiing. Friendly efficient staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean rooms. The restaurant serves only a fixed price buffet meal in the evening. The hotel website does not contain a simple plan of the resort showing its precise location. On arrival we parked in the wrong place and then spent 30 mins wandering around trying to find the hotel. The hotel has no internet access for guests without their own laptops.

We arrived for a one night stay with two days of skiing. On arrival ( we were to early to check into our room) our luggage was taken from our car and then we were escorted to a changing room. Our luggage was then taken from us to be delivered to our room at the check-in time - whilst we were skiing. When we returned to the hotel we went straight to our room where where we found our luggage. We had the same service at check out, the luggage was stored for us whilst we skiied and we were then able to change from our ski clothes and shower before driving home. An excellent service!!! The included breakfast was also very varied, full cooked was available.
