Hotel Ziryab  

The hotel is right in the main square near the gondola and you can even get into it from a door in the main underground car park. It's really spacious, with a really nice lounge area where there's wifi and plenty of room for everyone. I was most impressed at their set up to allow you to make the most of the skiing. We only stayed one night, but we were able to get changed and leave our case early on day one before we'd checked in. You also get a ski locker that night and for the whole of the day you check out. You can leave your luggage again when you check out and come back for a shower when you pick it up.

We are repeat guests at the hotel - primarily due to it's location near to the ski lifts, but also due to the fantastic customer service delivered by all of the staff.

Some rooms can be a little noisy due to the tiled corridors and people arriving late at night

The location of every service available is not clear (neither the right elevator to take). The cost of meals for children isexaggerated (specially dinner: 21 eur). The 3rd bed (sofa) is not confortable.

Hotel was in resort centre and accessed via underground car park (Hotel gives a discount for using car park) - rooms and food were very good , staff were friendly and you can get lift passes from reception . Boot locker is via underground car park with lift that takes you to main cable car. Everything is very handy. Free wi-fi in lobby/bar area

Maybe some English speaking channels on tv

The hotel was just right - clean, comfortable and helpful staff. The underground carpark was convenient but it would have been nice to get a discount - 18 Euros for 24 hours. Also we were on level minus 4, near to the lifts - some kind of carpet or rug needs to be put on the floors - the sound of people pulling their suitcases along the tiled floor is very loud! The cooked breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic location for skiing. Underground car park, ski lockers all very convenient. Hotel right in middle of Pradollano, just metres from Gondollas. Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.

A very small point, but with quite a few English speaking hotel guests, could they add maybe just one Engish language news channel on the tv menu (bbc/cnn/sky). ??

Comfortable, clean, quiet and warm room, great breakfast, friendly staff, cosy public areas and great evening bar food. Great village location and all at a very reasonable price. There was also a discount for the parking which was close by.

Too much noise at night in the corridors and rooms

Ideal for the ski lifts and a prime location . Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice reception areas ..large and comfortable.

Thought it is very expensive for an overnight stay but location is perfect.

We enjoy the hotel because it has a good place in the village.

Yes there is one thing that can be better. The doors to the rooms are too thin. Noise from the korridor goes clearly threw it. Yours Sincerelly T. Sundell
