Friendly personell and very tasty breakfast

It was very cold in the room and shower-room is very comfortless

Location is good, also good value for money. Fine breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.

Rooms are quite small and needs a little remodelling.

No 24h reception. Hotel should have clear procedure on how to get the room key if first is arriving after 11pm (key box, or something similar). There are few people i know saying that they will never come because they did not get their key

Location of the hotel is quite good. Actually it located in the building together with Attila shopping canter. So you can buy almost anything what you need not even leaving building. Rooms are small. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. So nothig special comparing to other hotels.

They don't have dedicated parking. Worst thing that parking near the hotel is paid. So when you arrive to the hotel first time and you don't know anything around you should pay for parking while you go to reception. Free parking behind the crossroad is permanently busy. So the most convenient way to park your car is to put it to the Attila parking (5.5 Euro). But you should know it!!! How can you know it??? There are two options: 1 - visit hotel reception, 2 - read this review.

Good and comfortable room. Location in the city center with amount of shops. Good meal.

Hotel doesn't have its oown parking

Hotel is situated next to many shops, river. We had a chance even to go fishing. It was fabulous when we caught two big fishes (pike). Breakfast and lunch were very good. Food was delicious.

There are no fridge and kettle in room. Sometimes we'd like to drink a cup of tea and keep strawberry we bought in the cold place.

The room was simple and nice, with a window in a bathroom. The breakfast was usually great!

Часто посещаем этот отель. Привлекает удачное местоположение, отличный завтрак, удобные матрацы и подушки (спим всегда, как убитые). После насыщенного дня приятно расслабиться в сауне, расположенной на самом верхнем этаже.

Обращает на себя внимание некоторая неухоженность номеров, пятна на обоях и потолке. В некоторых номерах сломаны полки в шкафах. Но это мелочи)

Удобное расположение отеля, хороший завтрак.

Проблемы со стоянкой.

La qualité de l’accueil de tout le personnel, ne parlant pas la langue suomi, et ayant des connaissances d'anglais très scolaires, nous avons pu nous faire comprendre grâce a leur disponibilité et leur bonne humeur. Le petit déjeuner (compris dans le prix) est vraiment extraordinaire. Le restaurant est très pratique et pas cher le midi,

Que les fenetres ne s'ouvrant pas sur l'extérieur '(ce qui est semble-t-il motivé par le froid du pays) mais pour des gens du sud et de la campagne, c'est dur à vivre. de bonnes spécialités culinaires le soir ...mais elles se payent

Huoneen epäsiisteys, päiväpeitteet tupakanpolttamat, pieni ja tunkkainen huone. Yleisilme oli varsin epämiellyttävä. Ikkunasta näkymä sisäkatolle ja seinään. Sisustus vanhanaikaista ja mautonta.

Henkilökunnan palvelualttiudesta

Ravintola tilasta ei aukea ulos ikkunoita, vähentää viihtyvyyttä.

Sijainti ja hintalaatusuhde hyvä.

Musiikki kuului huoneeseen. Jonkun korkokengät kopisivat monta tuntia, en tiedä mistä ääni tuli, mutta oli jatkuva.
