Comfortable and cheap

Good location, not very expensive, clean hall, clean rooms, polite personal

I arrived in Lappeenranta at nighttime and there were no staff in hotel. 2 hours couldn't get into hotel. I had a right code from the door but when you open the first door you should go faster and open the second door on the left (because it closes after 10 seconds). There are rooms on the right side. These are apartments.

Staff,very friendly,helpful ..which made for a relaxing time there and good interaction with other custmers.Access to sauna onsite ,I believe.TRUST By the staff,that you would pay your bill in the morning if you arrived late and no one was on reception that time to take your money,nor no one there very early.English and Russian widely spoken.

No one on reception at late night assist guest,particularly if like one quest arriving late,couldn`t get into the complex due to the outdoor lock had a security system and of course,the chap didn`t the access code.

The smell of paint in the room

This motel has clean rooms, good location - shopping centers are near. And it is cheap and easy but breakfast is included. It is good to stay if you come to Lappeenranta by car and need to spend a night without paying much money.

The hotel is non-smoking but there was very strong smell of smoke in our room...

When we came here, there was nobody on reception, so we (as newcomers to here) were lost a bit.

Easy to book, easy to live, parking, kitchen, food supermarkets nearby, sauna free, Wi-Fi.

The place is quite according to its price, good for overnight stay. The room is simple but cosy. Also I liked design of interiors. Very convenient location - in the center. In walking distance are: K-market, Galleria, other shops, cafe and cool club Ilona, where I was at the concert! Thank you very much for the shelter!

Location is very good. Close to all shops. It's clean in the room.

In the hotel are all fist-necessary facilities, sauna, large kitchen, but bathroom is shared. The hotel has excellent location in the city. In general, it is good low-cost hotel both for family and for company of friends.

Уют и отношение -домашнее,месторасположение -отличное, чистота, спокойная обстановка без скученности туристов,отсутствие шума при наличии смены туристов и бара внизу где-то,парковка без проблем, завтрак, кофе в ассортименте.

Чистые кровати. Лучшая ценна.

Заселились и выселились без проблем. Чистый номер и белье. Персонал говорит на русском, есть бесплатная парковка. Мотель находится в центре города рядом с различными магазинами, удобно совершать покупки.

В отеле второй раз.Демократично,уютно и центр города.Буду останавливаться снова,для одной двух ночей самое то.

Несколько завышена цена для отеля данного класса и причем понемногу растет.

Удачное расположение в центре города. Хороший завтрак, можно накормить детей. Есть вечерняя сауна входящая в стоимость проживания. Бесплатная парковка.

Стоимость могла бы быть и пониже, 3 700 за 2 взрослых и 2 детей (4 и 7 лет) высоковата.
