Nice, central apartment, with just about everything you might need... ...except sugar. It was a national holiday so the staff were missing the entire weekend. Nobody there to give me the cable I needed for internet - thankfully I found it by chance in a draw near reception. |

I picked the hotel because the closeness to business, parliament, center but also for the tranqulity which I knew from before.Use to stay at the hotels right in the center but has found the surroundings too noisy. the price level could be lower-compare with Scandic International only charging 69 Euro per night. |

The value of services offered was comparable to the price paid (taking into account that we found it on discounts on booking). However, the breakfast room was indeed very small and most of the time crowded regardless of the hour, breakfast was also kind of poor for a 3 star hotel (one variety of ham and cheese, salted butter, eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers sliced and some cereals, which is to be found mostly for a 2 star hotel). |

More spacious than a hotel and location. Fantastic unique late night mid-range restaurant next door. Taxi rank outside. The staff are good when they are present ie 8am-6pm every week day. The internet was a disaster. Could not send emails for the first 3 days, we have given a fix to the hotel staff so perhaps other guests will not have the problem. Then on a Saturday after a thunderstorm, the network went down and as there are no staff on duty over the weekend...no internet. |

It was a good rest after intense walking in Helsinki and before a good walk the next day. In many hotels I've experienced tee and coffee bags in the hotel room. |

Marvellous location - 10 min walk to City but located to famous peaceful area with a park and nice buildings. Good connection to airport. Clean and nice studio - full of light. Good and useful small kitchen. Nice restaurants just behind of corner. Breakfast OK. Clear instuction with keys and codes. Value for money. Good for environment - why should you have a new towel and sheets every day ? |

Excellent place for a long stay or just for a weekend break in Helsinki, almost centrally located in a picturesque residential area full of lovely early 20th century architecture. Peaceful atmosphere, unique design, admirable automated check-in procedure during weekends. |

The location was great, very easy access to the city centre. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and had all necessary equipment. The waiter who served our breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I will certainly recommend your hotel to my friends. Very enjoyable stay all together! |

Good value for money in Helsinki city centre. Kitchenette makes you able to cook/warm up some of your own food. |

They forgot to bring shower towels, so for two persons there were only one small face towel. And the worst of all that it was a week-end and there were no any staff avaliable at the hotel - due to "scandinavian socialism" they do not work on weekends at all, so guests are on their own. It's rather frustrating. |

Very well eqipped kitchen, spaciuos room, nice shower room, good lighting, good forniture. to allow vistors to open windows. beds were unusually soft, i would prefer harder. I would suggest to have rooms with one wide bed for example, for boyfriend and girlfriend |
