All facilities were very good. We would call it a "motel" in english countries. Cooking facilities, etc. Very clean and comfortable.

Wifi internet was not working in the first floor (maybe bad coverage in the room 111). Previous night I was on second with out any problems there.

Good for long-term stay. Studio room is good for big family stay. Kitchen is fully equiped.

Large room & good facilities

No good information about check in time of weekend days. It's better to have opportunity to make a reservation of some parking places. No one TV ch of Russia. Other hotels have.

Really good location for city trip and shopping. Modern interior with furniture and kitchen, where you`ll find everything you need. Room is big enough.

Location, walking distance from city center. Room spacious and comfortable and quiet.

The restaurant next to the hotel was useing the staircase for ventilation of kitchen. Had to change rooms when saturated with the smell of food. The internet connection did not work. The cleaning lady did not return plane and train ticket and gift left in first room by mistake when changed room in hurry.

Location was excellent, bedroom very comfortable nice pillows duvets. Glad to have reception staff. Internet access in the lobby excellent plus.

Elderly mother found rooms cold. Also, room being in Block B was a trek since we had to take two separate lifts. Sauna in the basement a plus but very spooky.

Close to Main Station (10 minutes walk), comfortable apartment with kitchen.Take your own food as kitchen is equipped with all you will need for cooking, including microwave. Bbc and cnn on tv. Good price. Free internet.

Cable internet, which means that you can only use it at the table where the wire is fixed. A little adventure moving around the building.

City center,good staff,heat in the rooms.Value for money.

Our appartment room was spacious.

Our neighbours were *extremely* loud (after midnight) 2 Jan 2013.

Large apartment. Comfortable kitchen with a big table. Two rooms. Good wired internet connection.

Taking a shower wasn't comfortable. No WiFi. A little outdated furniture. Dirty kettle and other dishes.

Very good quality of apartment, very spaicios and clean.

The bad thing is TV, it is not working at all, it is very old.

i like this place very much very close to town and the apartments very good there have a smal kitchen you can make food everything I like therei lot feel in my home ,when I b back to Helsinki I stay there again I love thank you

Big rooms with high ceiling in a beautiful old building in the centre of Helsinki. OK beds and bathroom. The rooms were quiet and very suitable for our needs. The own cooking facilities were useful.

No personnel, no breakfast. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, I was told.

There is no daily cleaning service. I am not sure if this is standard in this hotel, but looking to the fact that same kind of hotel in let's say Spain would be half of the price I would expect some dailiy cleaning

The welcoming receptionist. It felt like coming home as I walked in the apartment. Very comfortable bed, clean towels and the kitchenette a bonus for late meal. I really loved it for the 4 days in. I will come back again no doubt Hellsten Helsinki is the right place to stay at.

Perfect, quiet and a walking distance to downtown.

That it was not a usual hotel. It is like a home, where you can reallyt have a rest
