We had just one night in that hotell, but we would like to stay more. It was very very nice hotell, room was very clean and warm with nice city wiev. Not noise. Room was like a smallflat, and we felt us as at home. Next time we will visit helsinki, will we choose the same hotell.

Hotell dont have reseption, and you have to call to another hotell to det some help. On the other hand, its not so big problem. Checking in was easy and staff were nice.

It's pretty diffcult to get inside the hotel if you're not advised by people coming out of the hotel...

All is super? Sauna very good!

Good size and clean room, useful equipment in the kitchen. More "home" feeling than in classical hotel rooms. Nice "virtual" staff.

Too soft bed.The first floor rooms are on the street level makeing your life visible for all. The reception helped us to change this room. Strange wifi. Very old TV.

Well located. Quite & clean.Ideal for city visits. Close by to tram stops.

Not that well equipped for small amount of self catering..

• big living room, bedroom and bathroom; • we were 4 adults and there was enough space for all of us; • comfortable beds

• no internet connection (neither wifi nor via cable) • one bench in the sauna was broken and we found a previous guest's underwear there!

The apartnment is well located near Olimpiaport, the old open marketplace and the Uspenski cathedral, so it's actually about 1 km walking to the very heart of the city. It was very clean and spaceous, and well equipped. There was a free wi-fi, a TV, an oven and fridge, large bathroom and very comfortable king-size bed. I had a balcony overlooking a quite internal area. Although there was no reception, I received very explicit instructions and acually there was no problem with it. I highly recommend it.

No reception at the hotel, which makes 90 euros a night for a hotelroom quite expensive.

Spacious apartments for the family.

Absence of the internet. Room keys were not coded properly several times.

Good location. Very quietly, next to the supermarket. Clean,all you need if you like apartament.

Didn't work microwave oven. Too creaky bed.

We spent 2 days in apartments. It was simple amazing! High seilings, lots of space, simple design but very nice and comfy inside. Such a cosy bed! A very quiet area, though it is very close to the city centre.

Stayed at One-Bedroom Apartment with Sauna (4 Adults). The apartment is really big and comfortable for 4 persons. Nice small kitchen, quick heating sauna.

Sauna is too small for 4 persons room.

The flat/room was actually really big, confort to stay in, and nice looking.

I didn't manage to get the wifi working...

the wi-fi was wired, which wasnt too much of a problem but it would have been nice to know in advance. Also the bed was a double bed but made up of 2 single sheets and 2 single duvets, which was unnecessary for a shared double room.

Soft bed

If you want to get an apartment hotel with kitchen (fridge, dishes and so on) you should book this hotel. Good location is the additional advantage of it.

Price is more then 30% higher last year without any repair and renovation: old furniture and technics etc.

Good sized apartment . Warm and comfortable with all required appliances.Free use of washing machines and dryers. Location quiet, with many nice historical designed buildings.

Location is a little out of the way and away from the main shopping and restaurant areas, when you come to terms with this fact then you enjoy the area. We had already stayed in the centre of the city so we did not mind the change.

Credit card -and not any normal bank card or cash or bank transfer or anything else- was required. This was not clear and caused some trouble. Also, there was no network in the first room, so I had to change to another.

Everything was perfect. The quality/price is the best one we ever found in Helsinki (we have been there 3 times already).The apartement is quite big (37 m2) with a big separate bed, a nice main room and bathroom. We had a fridge, microwave oven and a freezer.

The mattress is a little bit too soft, maybe not enough comfortable for people with back pain. But everything else was perfect
