Beds - very uncomfortable Kitchen - not stocked very well Curtains - didn't cover the windows fully
Great location, very spacious apartment with private sauna. Luggage room available.
Wi-fi was working only in some parts of the apartment. Some furniture looks a bit used.
Location was OK, close to centre, quiet envieonment. Good check in procedure.
No modern interior, matrasses really bad. Not very well cleaned. We asked the reception for extra toiletpaper, they promissed to provide it twice. We are still waiting.... We stayed 3 nights, no new towells provided. For me feels like no value for money.
Location, Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Rooms were bigger than expected.
It was unusually hot and the windows did not open very wide. some operating instructions for the hob would have helped.
Hotels is near tram stop (walk in one minute), and go to most of the attractions within 15 minutes by the tram. Facilities in the room is perfect for families or backpackers, especially the private Sauna.
Location is good. In a quite block just 5 mins walk from the Center. The apartment has everything you need (including all kitchen utensils, iron with board, TV, fireplace, sauna).
The payment was taken in full before arrival though the site advises different - 'payment upon check out'. Wi-Fi could be improved.
The flat was dirty and without charm. The price.
Location is ideal.
No sofa, only armchairs which is not as comfortable. Location of television was very poor, not in line at all with furnishings upon which you would sit.
very comfortable and quiet hotel
The place was very clean. It was not in the center but only a short walk away.
The after hours chec-in process was a bit strange but they explain everything quite well.
No Wi Fi !!!!
We liked the closeness to the centre harbour area. We made a lot of use of the grocery store nearby which was well stocked and very busy. We made use of the laundry facilities and sauna and they were fine.
Bed was uncomfortable and lack of blankets and pillows.
The appartments are very well located. We walked from the Viking ferry terminal to the no 4 tram which stopped at the end of the street. It was an easy walk to the waterfront otherwise we caught the tram into the city. The no 4 tram runs every 10 mins. There is a nearby supermarket and a great Italian coffee cafe for a takeaway coffee on route to the city. Checking in went smoothly enough. We were able to check out later than usual time and we could leave our bags in a locked room until we were ready to leave for the airport for a late flight. Many thanks to the receptionist. We found the value for money was relative to the time of year. We were there in a busy time when accommodation was tight. The price would have been very good value if the room had been so much better maintained. There is also a sauna which we did not get to use as it was popular later in the day.
We were disappointed at how poorly the appartment had been maintained. There was barely any room on one side of the bed to get into it and hence the bed was not made properly and the area was not clean. The mattress was not comfortable. It was well past it's used by date. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom and leaking water from a hose which we could not stop. The bins in the kitchen had not been cleaned from previous leaks from the bags. The chairs were dirty or just worn from years of use. The heater in the bedroom did not work. The walls had hand marks on them and paint was peeling off the door frames. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and the only contact with staff was with the phone, so we were not inclined to complain. If there had been someone on site we would have made a complaint and asked for another room. The room directory was well out of date and we found out on the last day that there was a WiFi service but a poor one. We thought that was strange as WiFi is so easy to access for free in Helsinki. The lift was between floors so we still had to carry the suitcases up the stairs. Our room was in building A which has not been recently renovated.
The location is excellent, room is big, full range of cutlery in the kitchen
The windows are very dirty, there is no any hooks or small hangers for towels in the bathroom (only in the toilet) - you have to step out of shower and pick up the towel in th toilet or to hang it on the cupboard doors... For the Russian guests would be nice to have Russian TV channel.
The penthouse was so cool place to spend a time and stay a nigth..:)
they didn't check facilities. even of our resered room has some problem with bathroom. finally we changed room.
location, spacious appartment, kitchen appliances
musty smell, lousy bed, view into bathroom from homes across, lack of proper kitchenware, lack of TV channels
Love the free Wi-fi, the location in regards to my meetings, the easy access to public transport and the short walk to a wonderful cup of Italian coffee.
The fridge in my room had an awful smell, I tried putting a bottle of water into it and it just smelled so I couldn't use it at all, which resulted in my stay being not as nice as it could have been and is the reason for my voting the cleanliness of the room fair instead of good. The only other thing is that on the stairwell there was always a large construction of some sort with a blue cloth over, and it made the carrying of suitcases from the lift to the room a little awkward. My room number was 144 if you want to see about the fridge!
Lot of space and big doors to balcony.
The furtinures needs updating.
Quiet location in walking distance from city centre. Clean, comfortable. The closest grocery is some two minutes away, though it would be nice to have some teabags and instant coffee at hand upon arrival.
Very near the sea front and harbour as well as the city centre, loved being able to book a slot to use the sauna, washing machines available to use, good sized room. Key collection worked well.
Smart hotel service organisation! All is friendly and work. Beneficial combination of price, location and facilities.
Felt uncomfortable without a hairdrier in the room. Didn't get it despite that I had been promised via the telephone.
The interior The beds (top soft) The sheetings The lighting (poor)
Big beautiful appartment - allowed check in after hours which was great
Situated a bit far from centre
Big room, good location , calm street
