Very quiet and relaxing, at walking distance from the center of the city and most of the major attractions. Close to the passenger ferry port. The staff was very kind. The room was clean.

If you're travelling on foot/bike / by ferry and want to stay close to the harbour the location is excellent = right next to the harbour. City center within walking distance (2-3km). Flexible and helpful staff. Interior rather shaggy. No sea view from the "superior" room. Extra sofabed uncomfortable and squeky. Poor toiletries. Fridge temperature rather high, not cold enough to store food items. No airconditioning: room was quite hot. Swimming pool and sauna available only for extra cost, reservation required. Moderate breakfast selection. During our stay the hotel was crowded by some 30 young football players making quite a hulabaloo in the corridors as well as during breakfast. Hotel seems to be in favour or sports fans, interior accordingly "decorated". Overall very poor value for the money.

The young ladies at desk were very courteous and informative. It was basically, a quiet hotel, right next to where ferries come in. This we liked as we used the ferry and had large luggage with us. Walk to Mariehamn was approx. 2 miles, which we handled well being mature visitors. No air conditioning which we missed. Only a fan was available which we used every day. We stayed on the top floor which was quieter, also. Pizza served there was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. no air conditioning, which we are used to in the U.S.

Very close to ferry. Quiet. Convenient for ferry and good meeting place for family. Easy walk into town center. Rooms were warm, windows don't open. Fan provided. No air conditioners. Staff was amazingly helpful. Warm rooms with very little air circulation.

Sijainti Hotellin käytävät ja huoneet haisivat viemäriltä. Kysyimme asiaa respasta ja meille vastattiin, että ongelma on tidosaa (vanhat putket) eikä sille voi tehdä mitään.

Slitet hotel, smutsigt, luktade flott i hela huset. Allt var urdåligt Kommer aldrig att komma ditt igen. Dessutom var det dyrt hotelpris.

Att det fanns ett ledigt rum. Badrummet luktade tvättstuga. Hittade mycket gammal smörgås fastklämd i vädringsfönstret Dålig ljudisolering mellan rummen. Tvingades lyssna på grannens TVtittade i många timmar . Bulltrigt uppvaknande på morgonen då färjan lade till. Torr och varm luft i rummet - gör det svårt att sova.

Bra frukost (bär till musli/youghurt var gott). Bra sängar Nära till färja och Mariehamn Oväsen (musik, högröstade drickande ungdomar) till mycket sent på natten. Inget annat än pizza och sallad på middagsmenyn (gick till hotell Cikada istället).

Tyst och lugnt. Bra sängar. Bra med bilparkering. Slitet hotell i behov av renovering. Smaklös och fult inredd restaurant. Dålig kvällsmeny. Mest bara dålig pizza.

Hade sett fram emot att ta mig några dopp i poolen...men ack så kallt så det blev inget bad för mig....försökte också att boka spa besökt. Var ner och kollade om beställning några gånger men alla tillfällen jag var ner så fanns det ingen personal där....synd för jag hade verkligen sett fram emot det.

Hotelli soveltui hyvin lapsiperheelle, sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin yhteydessä olevasta ravintolasta sai vain pizzaa.

Ihan siisti pieni hotelli.Alkaa olla vain jo vähän vanha.Ilmastointia jäi kaipaamaan.Aamupala olisi saanut olla runsaanpi ja olisivat saaneet täyttää seisovaa pöytää useammin tahtoi olla loppu jotkin einekset

Ligger bra till Silja Line Urdålig frukost, där det saknades: - tallrikar vid serveringen - ägg - köttbullar - prinskorv - bara två sorters pålägg (ost och medvurst) - grönsaker (bara gurka) - jougert Allt detta pga att det var för dåligt tilltaget (obs räkna gästerna nästa gång)

Trevlig personal som gärna rekommenderade sevärdigheter. För lite personal i frukosten, uppstöd onödig irritation pga att det hela tiden saknades tallrikar/glas/muggar, bröd, smör, pålägg mm.
