Location. 30 seconds walk to underground shopping complexes, with cheap but good cafes and restaurants and supermarkets, and through which you could walk to get to get to city centre (10 minutes), all underground. Also one minute walk from tram. Nice Ikea furniture, comfortable sofa bed, and two single beds in separate bedroom - all new and good quality. Cupboards to put your clothes both in lounge and bedroom. Heating was excellent, and much needed as it was -17 degrees C outside. Good insulation - no noise from other apartments or outdoors. We were met at the apartment when we arrived and shown round and given a key and good directions re. shops and public transport. I think it was excellent value, very comfortable and felt really good. Apartment was compact, as you would expect in central Helsinki. But they made excellent use of the available space through good choice of furniture and kitchen storage. High ceilings also helped. It would be excellent for two people, a little tight for four. But I would happily stay there again despite this as it was so good in every other way.

Bonne situation, proximité des commerces et des principaux centres d'intérets de la ville ainsi que des transports en communs, métro à 200m, trams à la porte, gare à 500m. L'appartement est bien équipé, nous aurions cependant préféré le lave-vaisselle au lave-linge. Nous avons apprécié l'écran plat. Chambre exiguë, coin repas vraiment réduit.

good location ony one key for one apartment, annoying staff, mandatory extra payment for the cleaning and bed lines, that does not depend on the time of your stay, and also after everything was checked and security deposit was given back to us and we left apartments, I recieved the mail about more extra payments for the broken glass (7 EUR: actually, it was cracked already) and for extra bed linens (we already paid for 4, but somehow we needed to pay more 15 EUR for 2 more we did not use)
