Arctic Snow Hotel

Sleeping a night in a snowhotel was a wonderfull esperience. It was a dream that became through. Also the location was very nice and staff was very helpfull

The design of the snow hotel was amazing. For a one night stay the whole thing was a good experience.

All a bit controlled. Almost like a school trip. Dinner was at a certain time. The bar was open at a certain time, then closes quickly. The small lounge was a bit too small and seating was limited. There should have been a proper luggage room where luggage could be stored rather than being left in the reception area.

Stay in the hotel is really exotic. You will definitely never forget it. Ambience is really unique, hotel looks like Snow Queen's den, especially in the night. Snow sauna and snow bath is outstanding experience.

Seems to be way overpriced. We paid 625 Euro per night for the room of 4. Breakfast was quite poor for that kind of price. No other services are included, and the price you have to pay for the extra costs (snow sauna, dinner etc) is unreasonably high. 50 Euro per person for the dinner in ice restaurant is too much, knowing that the food was mainly frozen food heated in microwave. Also note that there are no comfortable alternative for those who decide not to spend the night in the snow after arrival. My wife with 4-years-old daughter didn't want to stay in extreme conditions and the only opportunity was to stay in the luggage room with the layer beds like in cheap student campus where people pass by here and back all night. Luckily, some staff was kind enough to let them stay in their own room, which were of the same comfort, but at least isolated. There is also not much to do and not enough place to spend the time after dinner in the evening as fireplace room is nice but very small. I would not recommend this hotel for the people sensitive to the comfort and young children, for all others it is worth to stay, but the price is still an issue (that might be the reason why the hotel was almost empty

the whole experience was great, as an architect it was interesting to see a hotel made of snow, the designs were fun, the snow sauna and snow bathing were a first time experience. the staff was just amazingly friendly and helpful.... the sleep in the thermal sleeping bag was unexpectingly warm, a bit tight given i am a big and tall man. but slept like a baby nonetheless.

would be nice if there was some group gathering or activity whereas a time is set for all the guests to sit and play games, get to know each other , etc. considering there isnt much entertainment in the night. perhaps if not include the sauna in the price, atleast reducing the cost a bit to make it less of a problem with guests needing to pay.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the Ice Restaurant was delicious and the portion size was great. Sleeping sacks kept us warm all night. Loved the room and the warm berry juice in the morning. Breakfast was great. Our children ages 8 & 6 loved the experience. They set up transfer for us from airport and to our next hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

You just need to do it once in your life! Food was really nice in the wooden cabin. Possibility to sleep in heated room as well. Clean sleeping bags and liners. Nice tours around the place.

You have to pay for all the extras, ie sauna, snow sauna. Drinks are 10 euros. No extra payment for shower.

Mahtava, ystävällinen, huomioonottava henkilökunta. Palvelu pelasi, ei ollut hätiköivää kiireen tuntua vaikka asiakkaita oli paljon. Hieno extreme-kokemus hallitussa muodossa. Homma hyvin suunniteltu ja toteutettu.

Lumihotellihuoneen punainen valo oli vähän ärtsäkkä. Esim. valkoinen valo olisi korostanut enemmän sitä että ollaan lumihotellissa.

Rien pour les enfants: pas de mini-motos neiges, pas des rennes mais un renne. Attention, les C.C. ne passent pas toujours. Seul le froid est authentique.

Все доп. услуги платные. Рюмка водки или др. "горячительных" в ледяном баре стоит 10 евро. Туалет очень далеко от номера.

Понравился экстримальный ночлег и необычная сауна.

Цена с сервис совершенно не соответствуют друг другу. Отстойный завтрак, раннее пробуждение, не хватило спальников и пришлось ждать очень долго, пока принесут. В общем, больше не поедем даже бесплатно.

Het is een once in your lifetime Hotel. Je moet een keer in een slaapzak bij min 5 Gr. Geslapen hebben. De kamer is klein het bed gelukkig zacht.

Verwacht niet meer dan camperen. Nachtelijk plassen is een belevenis, dwz aankleden en dan door de kou naar het hoofdgebouw. Douches zijn er twee, voor 50 gasten. Het ontbijt is werkelijk minder dan snackbar niveau. Je koffers moeten in de centrale hal los staan. Al met al je doet een keer gek

Me gustó mucho poder cenar en una cabaña típica finlandesa con una hoguera en medio en la que nos cocinaron salmón y reno, que por cierto estában riquísimos, con un entrante y un postre que estaban también muy bien (te quedabas totalmente lleno). Y vimos desde el lago congelado unas auroras boreales gigantescas.

En cuanto a la hora de dormir... preferiría haber invertido ese dinero en otra actividad finlandesa y haber ido solo a cenar en esa cabaña típica (que me encantó) y haber estado por allí viendo el hotel, porque a la hora de dormir fui con mi novio y no pudimos ni dormir abrazados porque cada uno dormía en un saco diferente para no congelarnos...
