the location of this hotel is the best , so accessible to town facilities/parks and public transport, simply love staying in Arthur Hotel. Every morning Imy family enjoyed the breakfast but I would suggest varying the breakfast menu . So far my family and I have stayed in Arthur Hotel for 3days/2nights followed by another 4days/3nights on our visit from Copenhagen back to Helsinki.

good afternoon dear Sir and Madam! we have spent two perfect days and one night at Helsinki. General impression from our stay in Arthur was good. We had more positive things than negativ. Very good location, parking , breakfast, cleanliness .But no ventilation, furniture of the room olready too old, and noisy owing to old construction of the windows. brgds Pavel Mikhaylin

Staff was very friendly. Excellent location near the railway station and Finnair's bus terminus. The room had a small working desk with power outlets. Wifi was free, good connection. Breakfast was ok and started at 6.30, which is convenient for business trips. Using the luggage room after checkout was free. Tv didn't work

Close to the train station. Rooms. The hotel established in 1903 - and not renovated since then. For TV you have to pay, Internet access is as "fast" as ancient. More ancient than fast. If you want some comfort - please save your nerves and go somewhere else. If you want cheap place to sleep for a few nights - while on excursion - welcome here :)

Was in superior twin room. Quite ok room(bit old), nice food for breakfast. Wifi internet was good enough. Room looks bit old fashioned :), but for its price it is ok.

Great staff, very helpful, very good location and great city. Old fashioned decor with a bit of a musty smell in the rooms that haven't been redecorated yet, but I assume they're slowly doing up the whole hotel so this probably won't be a problem soon.

It was close to all the major architectural gems of Helsinki. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were particularly good, with plenty of choice. My single room was rather box-like and not particularly luxurious. Maybe a little overpriced but Helsinki is a rather expensive city.

We, 4 adults and 1 child stayed 2 nights in 1 double room and 1 triple room. Double room was spacious. Electric kettles and tea/coffee in a room was nice. Breakfast has a variety of choice which includes salad and fruits we enjoyed it very much. Double room had a bathtub and it was nice. But overall, the room was old and needs careful attention of fixing and cleaning. At the entrance to the room, the picture was hanging but the picture frame was coming off from one corner. Shower curtain got some stains from other guests, an bathtub side covers (?) are not being attached properly, so it fell off when we accidentaly touched them. It would be also nice if they refill the tea and coffee powders to the room when they changed the towels.
