Great location near train station and shopping area, good facilities including luggage storage, lift, wifi, and breakfast. Room was clean and bright, beds were comfortable.

The position in the heart of the city, the staff always kind, good food in the restaurant and a great breakfast. Very quiet too

The armchairs, are old and full of spots,the same about the cover of the beds.

It is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests and questions. The bathroom was recently remodeled and very clean.

We thought that a seventh floor room on the courtyard would make a for a quiet stay. Little did we know that there was a basketball court above us on the eighth floor. The YMCA that is attached to the building was having concerts; between the music and the noise from hotel operations, we didn't sleep well. So much for the quiet courtyard. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was tiny even by European standards. We live here so I have seen many European hotel rooms. The breakfast area was okay but the covering on the seating needs to be replaced. I felt dirty if I touched a seat for any reason.

The hotel is very good located most of the turistic sights and the central train station are within walking distance and it is 1 min walk to metro and tram stops. the breakfast buffet is excellent. Very friendful staff and good beds

It was very conveniently located near the station and all the main sights. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I particularly enjoyed using the sauna.

Staff and location. Last time I stayed at Hotel Arthur I liked the room I got as well since it was comfortable and clean. This time I was less satisfied, since the room I stayed in was not as good.

The room. I stayed at floor 8 and the room was quite hot and it was not possible to open the window. There was a little smell of smoke in the bathroom, not much, but enough to be annoying.
