Staff was nice and the bed was comfy. Had to leave around 5 AM. The staff was kind enough to wrap me some sandwiches. Soundproofing could have been better. |

Huone miellytti. On erikseen sisäovi,joten tuntuu turvalliselta yksinyöpyjälle.Sisustus tyylikäs verraten ketjuhotellin sisustustyyliin. Torille päin kiva ja viihtyisä huone sekä sopiva kokoinen huone. Aamiainen sopivasti, ei ollut liikaa. Ehkä käytävässä jokin hivenen epämiellyttävä haju. Saippuaa voisi vaihtaa, yleensä en pidä Dove merkkisestä. Oikeastaan ei ollut mitään. |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, huoneessa kaikki tarvittava, hiljaisuus, monipuolinen aamiainen, kaupat ym. palvelut lähellä, Emme osanneet säätää huoneen lämpötilaa viileämmäksi, lieneekö edes mahdollista. Suihkun ja lavuaarin pesuainesysteemi hankala varsinkin suihkussa kun pesuaineen saamiseksi tarvitaan kahta kättä ja suihkuakin on pidettävä. Miksei parkkihallista pääse vastaanottoon hissillä! |

Henkilökunta ja palvelu olivat ystävällisiä Aamiainen oli toki monipuolinen, mutta ehkä vähän ylimainostettu hotellin sivuilla. Mitään luomua tai reilua kauppaa ei aamiaispöydässä valitettavasti näkynyt. Myös pähkinät puuttuivat. |

mukava henkilökunta aamiainen sunnuntaina alkoi vasta klo 8, joten en ehtinyt sinne ollenkaan. huone oli hiljainen, mutta taustalla oli koko ajan jokin tasainen huriseva ääni, minkä takia en saanut nukuttua. |

Hyvä sijainti. Mukava henkilökunta. Aamupala oli suht.runsas. Alaoven ovikoodi ei toiminut,lemmikkimaksu oli mielestäni liian kallis 17e/eläin/vrk,ikkunoista kävi kova veto ja kaikki ulkoatulevat äänet kuului selvästi(eli ikkunoissa ei kunnollisia tiivisteitä) |

Läget var mycket bra och det var avgörande i mitt fall av hotellval. Frukosten var också av det bättre slaget. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående. Hotellet behöver en uppfräschning för att inte verka sunkigt. |

Hyvä aamiainen, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ääänieristys ei ole paras mahdollinen. Kun vuoteet siirsi yhteen. ne eivät pysyneet, vaan väliin tuli ikävä aukko koko ajan. |

4 звезды - полное несоответствие. Отель напоминает хостел в коридоре. Ресепшн на 3 этаже. Туалет душ рукомойник все вместе менее 2 метров. Самый неудобный и несоответствующий отель в моих воспоминаниях |

Sijainti oli erinomainen. Hotelli oli pieni ja viihtyisä, aamiaispöytä oli hyvä. Huone oli myös rauhallinen. Olisiko huoneessa pitänyt olla WC- paperia, sitä en löytänyt mistään... |

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Ruokasalin arkkitehtuuri oli mielenkiintoinen. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja ripeää. Huone oli siisti. Torin melu häiritsi yöllä. Hotelli kaipaisi pikaista remonttia, kaikki oli hieman nuhjuista. Mutta remontti täytyy tehdä pieteetillä, perinteistä arkkitehtuuria kunnioittaen. Parkkeerraus vähän hankalaa, ei pääse suoraan parkkiluolaan hissillä. Uudet avainkortit eivät ole käytössä. |

kooltaan mukavan pieni hotelli aivan Kuopion keskustan ytimessä. Aamiainen oli mukavan kiireetön ja erittäin hyvä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli poikkeuksellisen palvelualtista. Huone oli ainoa heikkous: se oli tunkkainen ja suihkun vedet levisivät pitkin wc:tä. |

Monipuolinen aamiainen, hieno ympäristö. Todella keskeinen sijainti palveluiden ja ostosten lähellä. Korkeat huoneet kaipaavat tauluja seinille. Pyyhkeen kuivaukseen tarkoitetut oksat pistävät silmään wc:ssa, ne voisi siirtää suihkun puolelle, jossa on tyhjää tilaa. |

Puur voor een zakelijke trip. Ligging is centraal in Kuopio en alles is op loop afstand. Schoon hotel en ontbijt is in orde. oud interieur en is aan vervanging toe. |
