I think this hotel would get 4-star rate if its rooms were bigger. I like everything.

The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and inviting. The staff were all very friendly. The service was excellent. The swimming pool was very spacious with a sauna. Especially I liked that I could have hot tea or coffee at any time,just in my room. I believe that the hotel is worth a staying.

May be I would be more happier if I could go skiing in the beautiful forest near by the hotel.

Food (low quality and pricey, even for Helsinki). Customer service in bar/restaurant area.

Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit and tasty breads.

Didn't quite figure out the heating/air conditioning and ended up sleeping in a very hot bedroom.

I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say. They wrote that parking has to be paid extra in the description, but it's free on weekends. Payment required Mo-Fr until 6 pm only. We parked for free right next to the entrance for free over the weekend.

Big range of breakfast and free wifi. Big room. Close to a park and bus stop.

Not enough towels in the bathroom and had to call the reception for more.

I have been staying at this hotel for several years and enjoyed it. The hotel offers spa, healthy food both for breakfast and at the restaurant, splendid interior design. The staff is responsible and polite. It takes you 20 minutes by bus to the centre. The hotel is situated in a quiet area far from noisy traffic. Natalia from Russia

Don't like paid parking in weekdays

The room temp was good.

The breakfast was not ok and the bad air in the bath room. I was in room 276 and the single beds are too small. when the hotel not full you can't use the sonar room.

The hotel is very cosy and comfortable. It has been repaired recently. It liked it in whole.

Too little stuff at breakfast. One person cannot take care of everything.

Not very wide choice in the restaurant to have dinner, a little expensive, the biggest minus: not in a double room double bed
