Breakfast was great. I believe airport shuttle has to be arranged in advance, because it was definitely not forthcoming at the airport. The website advertised a 24 hour desk, yet the door was locked at 11p.m. I was let in by another guest, and had to search out the desk clerk who was cleaning a sauna. Advertised free wireless, but television and internet both cost 20 euros. |

There was a hissing noise from the plumbing all night. Not something you can probably fix, but not so good for a light sleeper. Also, we were hot all night, but being on the ground floor, didn't feel very safe with the window open. There was a metal grille on, but with big holes in it. I don't know what the solution is because you probably have preservation orders on the appearance. |

It is a comfortable place to live. Though it is somewhat far from the city centre, the transport is convenient. The hotel is near the habour and there is a castle within walking distance. |

Tarjonta vastasi täydellisesti tarpeitamme. Tilat olivat viihtyisät ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Vuoteet olivat makuumme liian pehmeät. |

parkkipaikka pihalla lähellä, melko rauhallista ja kuitenkin lähellä keskustaa hyvät yhteydet esim messukeskukseen sisustus melko kolkko, kaipasin myös parempaa lukuvaloa. |

Mukava vastaanotto ja tarjottiin saunamahdollisuutta vaikka aikaa ei ollut kovin paljon. Kivat tilat saunassa. Siisti ja rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti. Lähtiessä esiteltiin moottoripyöräilytarjous kesää varten. |
