Close to the airport, staff was prompt, billing was quick, van service was good. Quiet.

Room was a little run down, e.g., switch on the light was finicky, some stains, etc. But nothing major.

Shuttle bus to and from the airport works fine.

The reception staff tried to offer me breakfast even though I had already paid it and it was written at the reservation form. From the airport hotels in Helsinki, it is not the best I have stayed, but it is ok.

If you only like to stay for one night, because tomorrow you have a flight.

You can heard the noise from closest rooms, specially the tv noise...

Free shuttle bus service is very convenient

Rooms are rather outdated, and while there is a kitchenette in the room, there are no utensils to use the kitchenette.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed the free pick up and return from and to the airport. It is about 10min away by car. There is also free parking outside the hotel for 3 weeks. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

The exercise area is limited; only one treadmill. Access to inside hotel exercise is very important to me. Especially in winter months.

Big problem : the hotel charge my account 4 nights at the very moment of the booking by internet (4 nights originally). Then I modified the reservation to 2 nights instead of 4 (free modification, no penlaties according the hotel policy). * The hotel did not refund the money and asked me to pay again 2 nights when I arrived at the hotel in total I stayed 2 nights but I paid 6 nights ! I hope we found a solution wuickly

- Entrance hall with bar and nice lounge area and the elevator - shuttle bus to the airport - everything went smooth and uncomplicated

- No water bottle in the room

Normally airport hotels are the same the world over. And I expected no exception with this one - it is part of a global hotel chain. But in fact it was quite Finnish: a little kitchenette with that Nordic-style draining rack over the sink. As a lover of the Nordic world it made me smile. And the room was big, with a good sofa - almost like a mini-studio apartment. A nice experience.

convenient location to airport. Staff was helpful and responsive.

There was a loud, constant, pounding sound the entire night of my stay. I was located on the 6th floor to the left of the elevator exit doors, end room. I was awakened all night with the sound. Because I was staying only one night, I did not request a change. I did not rest most of the night.

It is comfortable hotel for the aktive traveler.We had exellent brekfast, good evning sauna. Hotel has interesting design.

There is not a simming pool. The rooms is very small.
