Alle kinderen tot 4 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Er is geen mogelijkheid voor extra bedden in de kamer.

Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.

Netheid - stiptheid - verwarming op badkamer niet uit te zetten. Keukentje op kamer, inclusief oven en kookplaten, maar alle kasten leeg --> geen tas, geen glas, geen waterketeltje .... |

Shuttle from the airport - a big plus. Possibility to eat late in the restaurant. Obliging staff. Warm breakfast. I had a single room - which in itself was fine but there was really no space as it was over-packed with 'facilities' - seating for 3, a large kitchette with masses of empty storage space. |

The location. It was close to the airport, with a free shuttle going to and coming from the airport every 20 minutes. It also had a kitchenette and microwave, which I haven't seen in a hotel room before. And there's a shopping centre 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel was fairly basic. While clean, it had a mean vibe. Everything was bolted down, with no TV stations, unless you wanted to purchase the entire TV package. I think I expected more for the money I paid for the room (breakfast not included). |

Close to airport, free shuttle bus service. Experienced allergy with hotel soup, while I was allergy free person. Recommend to bring your own. |

They helped me with the problem below although the rate they charged was much higher than I originally booked with yourselves. The hotel did not honour my vouchers. I had to pay twice for the hotel.They had no reservations for myself when I arrived. |

I liked the shuttle bus that came exactly when ordered. I did not like the barman that could not understand any Finnish and was arrogant. The staff at the reception was abrupt and rude and could not answer questions like what terminal is for Finnish Commuter airline and could not be bothered to find out. The reception staff is not smiling and welcoming and when I was one minute late coming for the bus at entrance they rang the room TWICE tu rush me out. I liked the room and the chinese cleaning women who were polite and lovely and knocked on the room and asked what time was convenient to clean the room. Sorry. Answered above what I did not like. Basically, don't like the staff but the location and premises are lovely and the steak meal from restaurant was grat so the cook was good. |

The shuttle service was very good and efficient, great breakfast - started early as well for an early flight, the luggage storage room was very handy so we could just take an overnight bag for our quick trip to Budapest, staff were helpful and friendly, affordable restaurant, close to the airport and the shopping centre was a great place to spend a few hours and within walking distance no airconditioning in the room - the room was quite hot and we found it hard to ge to sleep |

The air-conditioning was not working during our stay and although we were only at your hotel from 02:00 until 10:00 we did not get much sleep as it was unbearably warm through the night. |

Friendly staff, coffee/tea in the lobby, and bus stop to Helsinki center was right outside the hotel. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport but about 40 minutes to the city centre so it is not convenient from that point of view. And even though my room was fairly expensive it did not include breakfast. |

I have stayed in Bonus Inn several times before.There is a free transportation to and from the Vantaa airport every 20 minutes, which is very convenient.Very friendly staff. I recommend. |
