Cant really fault the hotel! Not much to do in Rovanemi city, spend your time in Levi!

Nice location in the heart of the town. Staff was very friendly and helpful when assistance was requested. Free parking and wifi was nice. Breakfast was good, especially the pancakes! We ate lunch one day at the restauarant in the hotel and enjoyed it very much.

Main complaint would be that our room was not completely clean when we arrived. There were a couple small stains on the sheets and the toilet did not seem properly cleaned. I think this should be addressed with housekeeping and possibly purchase some new linens.

Staff are very professional and helpful. The restaurant, including the breakfast buffet, is very good.

Nothing was negative.

Very nice staff to welcome you and introduce you when you arrival, room with very good decoration, location in the real of downtown, of course Rovaniemi is not that big town. Easy of transportation, shuttle bus from airport to hotel, you can see the bus when you out of arrival terminal, and one hour eaily before departure time to pick you up at hotel. Walk 5 minutes to the bus station to Santa Claus Village. Very good restaurant in gound floor, Breakfest is wonderful

the shower in one of Sanua is so cold. the soundproofing of room is not that good

The rooms are fabulous at the City Hotel and the man on reception was very friendly and helpful. There is parking on site, which in December is VERY welcome! Breakfast was good and like everything in Rovaniemi, it was very easy to find.

Although it is a very nice touch to find the adorable toy reindeer on the bed on arrival, I can imagine this could cause a lot of pain for parents with younger children (since they are not complimentary)...

The hotel is centrally located which made it easy for getting around. Breakfast was also great - plenty of choice.

It was overpriced for what it was. There were three of us and the room was very small for the cost. The room was only cleaned once during our stay as well - not each day.

Not enough Russian TV channels. In double room there is will be good if gel for shower and shampoo will be twice.

The hotel staff were all lovely- especially those working the the Monte Bella Restaurant. The beds were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was lovely and romantic!

The hotel is located in the centre, easy to find. Free parking space is reserved for the hotel guests in the parking lot next to the hotel. The room and the bathroom are very nice, with lots of mirrors. There is a hair dryer, tabletop ventilator, small fridge, large flatscreen tv, several wall sockets, writing desk with chair, toiletries, glasses, a tourist booklet to Rovaniemi, and free wi-fi. The minibar and the cuddly plush reindeer toy are not included in the price of the room. Breakfast is exclellent, with many choices. The room is very warm. We had a double room and the bed was large with several pillows and soft blankets. The staff speaks good English and is friendly. The rooms seem (we stayed for two nights only) to be cleaned and towels changed daily. The cleaning lady is very polite. The hotel restaurant kitchen is open till 2300.

The room and the bathroom are quite small but unless you are a heavy weight boxing champion or a professional basketball player, this shouldn't be a significant issue. The wardrobe is tiny though with very little space for the clothes. The room is warm but it can be also rather stuffy. We didn't care much 'cause we like warm. The lightning system in the room is weird. To switch off the lights of the bedside lamps you have to get out of the bed and use the main switch, then feel your way back to bed. In the dark. Half of the hotel building faces the parking lot. Car alarms going off randomly can be a nuisance. To sum up. These are minor, adventurous, details. Very nice hotel.

Great little Hotel in the heart of Rovaniemi. Very nicely furnished a great staff.

Rooms are hot in the summer as there is no air conditioning. Rooms have had a beutiful makeover however the small bathrooms have not.
