“The staff in every section were extreme friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice design and the rooms were comfortable. Big thick curtains to keep out the mid-night sun. Breakfsat was lovely - wide choice. The restaraunt was had very good food, with a friendly head water.”

Location, staff Small rooms, very expensive phone calls rates, no guide for hotel services, you need to ask the staff about what is available and the cost of each service! Poor WiFi connection.

Excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean. Well situated in town close to the bus stop and major shopping centres. Breakfast outstanding. Good selection of warm and cold food. No coffee bar exists.

Very nice and cosy hotel, situated in the very centre of Rovaniemi. Free parking and Wi-Fi. The breakfast was various and delicious: pastries, cereal, sausages, omelette, poridge, Karelian pasty, different fruits, hot and cold drinks, including sparkling wine.

Very good location - everything is within 5-10 minutes of walking. Very good and rich breakfast. Also the restaurant for dining is perfect - very tasty dishes, good fish and lamb. It was warm and quiet in the room. Everything is good. Maybe it would be better if it was the tea-pot in the room.

Very friendly staff and a fair room rate right in the centre of Rovaniemi. The hotel is small enough not to feel like 'mass tourist' in the middle of a tourist town. It's cosy and warm. The bathrooms are a little on the small side, as are the rooms, but in fact it didn't worry us too much as the room rate was really fair.

Adjacent restaurant was fabulous. Menu of breakfast is numerous and highly satisfactory. Staff is polite and active. Location is in city center and close to all shopping centers and restaurants.Free parking and Internet. Internet connection is slow and unstable.Staff is incompetent.Visiting of sauna is inconvenient. No one controls sauna visitors that leads to confusions. Bad cleaning of room.Rooms are small and heating is poor. Clients are considered as long as it cost nothing.

The room is really nice. Most importantly, we arrive there in the morning, before the hour to check in, but the reception gave us a room to check in early, so that we can leave our bags and enjoy our stay!

Room was very modern, comfortable, quirky with great location and parking. Was a last minute booking and was very impressed. Only negative, room 105 had a very wobbly side table. Only the wobbly side table and mother/daughter combo that almost knocked my partner over when they were running to get back to the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Although we arrived early, the staff found a room for us. Breakfast is good and there is internet both in the hotel lobby and inside rooms. I enjoyed the evening sauna too. It is very near to information centre and no.8 bus station, so it is convenient for travelers! The room is a bit small

It was very pleasant to get 2 bikes in hotel for riding around town. There were very good breakfasts. There was not very cleanliless in the room and not enough boxes for clothes.
