Was nice as always, the staff was firendly and helpful, location in the middle of the city great and the breakfast good in Finnish standards. Pleasant stay all together - unfortunately had almost no time to relax in the room. I had a single room without shower cabin - the shower curtain did not prevent the whole floor getting wet. But that is a minor thing. |

It's a very beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The bathroom quite small but it's OK. There are many shops beside the hotel. Its restaurant is rather expensive but there is Chinese one not far away. I extremely recommend this hotel to stay there. |

Good in location. Supermarket, tourist information centre and eating places all around less than 3mins walk. Staff though not much knowledge on local tours available but still willling to help and coordinate. Buffet breakfast are good. One must also try to have a dinner at Monta Rosa. Good decorated with nice staff and delicious food that you will definitely enjoy. Design of the shower is not so good that the floor always get wet. The bed is a bit small in size. Duvet is too much for summer time. |

that it was in the city center unfotunately they don't have air conditioning in the rooms and the temperature inside the room was 28 degree even if we opened the window...terrible |

I liked friendy staff in the hotel. The City Hotel was good location for my family to go to Tour day by ourselves. My son liked free wireless internet.My husband liked services , cleanliness of room and value for money.We impressed during our stay at the City Hotel. |

City hotel is a very nice hotel. It is located at very center of the city. The supermarket and shopping mall are just opposite to it. The room and the staff are very nice. There are two computers in the lobby which provide to the hotel guest without any charges. It's really convenient to the guest. Breadfast buffet is great. This is a great hotel that I reli recommend to all my frds. |

The staff of receptionist is quite friendly. They always help to boook some activity programms , to give some information how to get to some sights etc.. There are rooms quite big and comfortable (for one person). 1) The bathroom should rebuild - to separate place for shower from toilet sink, for example to make tray for shower. |

Staff were fantastic and very accomodating, we arrived early from a 7.30am overnight train and they allowed us to purchase a breakfast and checked us in early around 11am instead of 2pm, they then arranged taxis, husky rides, all of a good quality, nothing was a problem, I would definately recommend this hotel. |
