The rooms were clean, quiet and well maintained. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The location is central and well serviced with public transport. Overall it was better in every catagory that I had hoped for. Thankyou |

Great hotel, the best in Rovaniemi at the moment and absolutely reasonably priced. Good view from the window to the main square, imagine in in winter time? Good design and careful service. Breakfast wished a bit more variable taking into account the fame of finnish kitchen at hand. |

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Rovaniemi. So it was easy to get to the safari operators, restaurants and shops. |

Erittäin ystävällinen ja hyvin palveleva henkilökunta ja siisti hotellihuone. Vaikka olen itse eteläsuomalainen niin mielestäni hotellissa oli hienosti otettu huomioon suomalaisuuteen kuuluva Lappi-aihe - oli Pentikin poropeittoa, porokuvioita verhoissa ja pesutilassa olevassa ikkunalasissa. |
