The staff I dealt with on reception on the evening of the 4th Jan. were very helpful, had all paperwork ready when we arrived, and couldn't do enough to make sure we were accommodated properly. They also assisted with bus timetables to get into Helsinki city centre and even suggested using the courtesy bus as an alternative to expensive taxis coming late back from the city centre - which worked! Checkout was equally easy and staff very helpful for local buses to Helsinki airport. |

Staff was helpful, courteous, efficient, and deferential. Nice comforter on bed, good breakfast. Euronews could be in English; could be nice to have free internet; shower space is small |

Close to the airport. The hotel was clean. The windows couldn't be locked. You could push them open from the outside. This is quite an unsecure feeling since i was on the ground floor. Breakfast area was very uncosy. |

Very close to airport. Good free bus service to and from airport, from very early in morning to very late at night. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Very pleasant staff. |

Clean hotel, very good and friendly service by the staff. Perfect for a sleep and go travel. Good breakfast, even the before 6 am limited choises breakfast was much better than most hotels this size. Shower was tiny and even a little bit more space would make it better. |

nicely renovated rooms.. clean.. great breakfast and times Lack of air conditioned rooms was a major drawback to revisiting this hotel again. Room was very small and poorly ventilated. If I had read in the write up of the hotel that the rooms had no air conditioning, I would not have booked. I was looking for a decent rate plus shuttle service to airport when booking. |

Location, first of all, but also the food in buffet and restaurant. Good to stay for business basis out of center, and close to airport. Quite small bathroom, strange because there was good space in the room, with relaxing armchair. It should be easy to make it half meter larger when designed the hotel. Besides the parking, large, but quite full, maybe used like free airport parking by travellers. |

Hotel location near the airport is ideal, staff were efficient and friendly. Wireless Internet not working so well in the room, though OK in the Lobby. Bathroom very tiny. It's a budget hotel and you get what you're paying for. |
