Great location near the airport with a free shuttle to and from the airport for great convenience. Larger shower curtain would help water getting outside of the shower area. |

Free shuttle to and from the airport until 2h00 in the morning is really an advantage. Very friendly staff, even at after-midnight arrival. Rather small sanitary housing, but depending on your needs. Coffee at breakfast tasted a bit sour. |

Location to airport and free shuttle bus Hotel room was badly designed, felt like a pod, circular window you could not open. no air conditioning, extremely small shower room. No safe.Cost of hotel should reflect the basic single room. Cost does not compare to other hotel rooms in the city. |

very comfy room, very friendly staff I didn't have enough time to get into the center of town and see anything of Helsinki, not the fault of the hotel, just short timing. the airport shuttle stopped running at 9 am, so i had to take public bus back for my flight. fortunately, the bus stop was right out front, but the bus was late, and I was cocerned about timing, but I made it there with time to spare, thankfully. |

Breakfast and shuttle are early enough and punctual. Also, it was nice to pay for the taxi when shuttle is not available, since I am afraid of taking taxi by myself where it is first time to visit. Breakfast was very fresh and clean. The way you let guests to bring their used dishes to the kichen by themself is also good since it is comfortable enough. I liked your hotel but it would help a person like me if there is any information written how to watch news in English. I couldn't use the tv and couldn't call the front. This may be only me and everyone know how to handle the tv remote control. It was so different from the one in usa. |

Restaurant served excellent quality food until 11:30 which is good af you arrive late and have no transport. There was no temperature control in the room. It was too hot and with open windows the mosquitoes can enter. |

Check-in was quick and easy - although I did have to fill one of those annoying forms by hand. The breakfast was excellent - a fantastic selection of very good items. The bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in - operating the shower left a very real risk of flooding not only the entire bathroom, but the water could easily hit the bathroom door and flood the bedroom too. |

The hotel is good if you need to catch an early flight, close to the airport and runs a free shuttle that works fine. The rooms are very basic, but OK for a short stay |
