In the rooms to the South was very hot no ac in the rooms.

Free shuttle from/to airport. Free 2 weeks parking (if book one night stay both before and after flight). Helpful staff. Breakfast.

Small bathroom

I booked and paid for this hotel in advance but when I arrived they were not expecting me and had no record of the booking! Fortunately the staff were helpful and made a new booking; they must have found the original one later as I did not have to pay again...

Tiny bathroom in room. This is the smallest shower cubicle I have ever used. It is a good job I am thin!

-Room was very small and not properly ventilated. Had to open the window with minus degrees outside. - The bathroom was absolutely miserable size and had an unpleasant smell, drainage or mould. - The access to the entrance very confined. Very difficult to get into the bus on the slippery (ice) surface and high piles of snow.

We only used it for a couple of hours as a stop over. It was clean and convenient for what we needed.

Room and bathroom was clean. Good location near airport, free shuttle service to the airport, early simply breakfast, free parking during journey, staff was friendly.

The staff, especially the reception staff, were extremely helpful, with little extra things like finding our 3 year old some food when we arrived at 1am, helping with taxi bookings and so forth.

The room was extremely small, especially when the child bed was out. We really could hardly move in it, which you don't expect for 115 euros a night!

This hotel is great if you want to stay 1 maximally 2 nights...room and bathroom are a little bit small but staff is very very nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Good location

A bit noisy. It would be much better to spread out the guests to the rooms further away from reception rather than right next to the door leading to reception. That way I wouldn't have been woken up every 5 minutes by the heavy door outside my room between the corridor and the reception area...

Too long wait for free shuttle, better spend $15 euros for taxi. Room was very cold at night (night was in January). Hotel advertises fitness facility on website, told at desk that they don't have one but you can go down the block and pay to use a gym

Location of the hotel is excelleng for travellers whos reason of accommodationn is the closeness of Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Ride to airport 24/7 is included. The helpful staff has answers to the most usual questions. Breakfast is sufficient and it is served already 4:00 am.

The whole facility is old fashioned. Locking of doors is still conducted with the old hole cards. Taking into consideration the style and age of the building and materials, the price of accommodation feels a bit expensive.

Room too small and heating is not enough

It's great that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is free from 5pm till 2am. I came there at night and found a lot of drinks in the fridge. It was very pleasant after the long flight. My room was clean and cosy. There was a round window like a porthole. I like everything and hope to stay there again.

I waited for an hour for a transfer, I tried to call the reception for have an hour and nobody answered the call, the room is really shabby, the breakfast is really very poor

Nice clean rooms, clean bathrooms. Really nice and soft beds.

My sister and I had a stopover in Helsinki between Tokyo-Stockholm. We thought it would be nice to stay overnight and have a good breakfast in the morning - unfortunately the wakeup-call which you book through the TV did not work, and we just barely made it to our flight. We were booked for the 06:40 airport transfer bus (the hotels own small shuttle bus) - it would have been good service if the staff when noticing we did not come would give us a call to the room to see if we changed our plans.

The service in the restaurant was really good. I have many food allergies and the kitchen was flexible and I was very happy because of that.
