The comfort and cleanliness . The generosity of hopitality especially the ice-making machines and the products such as sleep well and most of all the swimming pool and sauna - absolutely gorgeous. We are coming back next week.

What's not to like???

It had a comfortable bed and a good view. The gym was good and well presented.

It was further than 400m from the town, as advertised. No breakfast included, no wi-fi included and the connection was bad. There was no fridge in the room.

Arrangement of wardrobes outside bathroom - very awkward! Lack of fresh milk for tea/coffee in the morning - very poor.

welcoming staff. i came earlier, at 10 a.m. and been check-in without any additional fees. very comfortable bed. sauna & pool included.

Service was excellent. Very fast and smooth to check in and out. Helpful staff.

Junior suite equipped with a very small tv... That's a pity... Also they forgot to put some slippers in the room!

after cleaning of my room i was finding some things that they forgot.

- Great location, very close to city centre (within walking distance) - Great connection to bus/tram and airport city bus - Pretty good looking room - Very friendly and helpful staff

- No breakfast was included in the rate. Which is odd. The rate was high enough to include it. And then you are asked to pay €21/day extra if you want to include breakfast. Unless there's caviar and gold for breakfast, I don't know what you can have that costs that much. - bathroom was not very clean....

Reception service. They didn't oder taxi for as... but on time we didn't found taxi close to hotel and lost lot of time for phoning and waiting ((

The Art-figure outside of the building made so much noice it was impossible to sleep at night. The wind made the methal move and made loud, "screaming" noicecs, and I heard it in my room all night long, thought the windows was closed. No sleep during my 2 nights at the hotell made me frustrated, because it was the point of my stay.

Location: very close to Opera and City Music Centre. Comfortable room, clean, tea & coffee facilities.

Overpriced breakfast not included into room's cost.

The room was clean, although rather compact. Easy access to Wi-Fi and a nice lounge to eat snacks and rest in. Pleasent staff, and quick checking in- and out. Overall a very good hotel for business purposes.

The room that i stayed was very cold but the staff immediately found a heater and left it at my room

The room was an excellent size and the bed v comfortable. The leisure facilities are excellent

I unfortunately ended up in a room used by smokers - as i don't smoke the residual smell was bothersome. Worth specifying at booking.

quite a distance from central railway station and cente - in a bad wheather you've got to take a tram, otherwise it's too long, cold and windy

Great hotel in the best location. Friendly reception staff and good room design. Everything is perfect. I would book this hotel again and definitely recommend it to my friends.

The Business Lounge on 9th Floor served the same types of wine / snacks in the "happy hour" every evening. As it is a hotel I am sure that there could be some variation. Surely they could just use some items from the restaurant downstairs? No English entertainment channels on the T.V. only news. All entertainment was in Finnish, German or Russian.
