I think they need a something like kettle in room, becouse that is terible that I need to buy a hot water if I want a tea.

Positive personnel

- Extra cost for wifi in room - quite limited breakfast buffet

-Cozy room; -in the room could make cocoa/coffe/tea

- On the breakfast was little choice; - in the shower was cold water.

The hotel is just great. Situated in the very city center, very cosy, has a wide choice for the breakfast.

In the morning was very loud because the windows went to the big square where there were a construction site located plus all the common transport and the trains going from the central railway station.

Friendly staff, location near metro and not far from city centre, on on of the ways for walking routes round Helsinki, good breakfast

Excellent location for me, because I needed good bus services to the north.

even first day,there was only small amount of toilet paper in bathroom,no extra one. we have to get toilet paper from front desk small room for 3 adults to stay no space for bags

Clean room and shower, good service, great location 15 min. Walking to the City heart, tidy restaurant and excellent food/ choice. Great service at the restaurant as well. Excellent room insulation and sleep quality. I can surely recommend the hotel for more-than one day trip.

Sauna works only in the evening and until 22:00, so if you come late and stay only one night - you miss it. No bathrobe/slippers, no minibar/tea making facilities - you have to take everything with you or buy. It is a four star property, but there was nothing for me apart from clean room/shower, and good food and service. Probably it just did not match my trip purpose.

Everything's fine. True price. Free parking just five minutes walk. Nice view from the nourishment hall.

Actually this is not true four-starred hotel, but even three-starred hotels in Helsinki are more expensive.

Clean & comfortable modern room, not far from the city centre & the bus stop.

The room for 3 people should be bigger, it was too small. The hall for the breakfast was very small too & that's why too crowded. There was no one free table

The staff at the hotel was excellent. My luggage had been displaced on the flight and they helped me call the airport for free and alerted me immediately when it arrived. The rooms were spotlessly clean!

WLAN could be offered for free (not very expensive though at Euro 2,50 for 24 hours), there could be an electric kettle in all rooms, not just superior rooms. Other than that everything was great!

2 stops of bus or metro from railway station, exit from metro in 10m from entrance to hotel. A lot of buses ant trams to the center (almost every 2 min). Room is very clean

Wi-Fi - you should pay for it. It is pity(though it was declared). Not too hot sauna.

We stayed at Cumulus Hakaniemi for one night,really loved everything: location just next to metro station Hakaniemi, delicious breakfast,friendly and helpful staff

Excellent service and the poistion of the hotel across from the Metro was very handy

Elegant but cosy dining room. Marimekko-cups. Very nice young ladies at reception.

It was a very good hotel with kind and cooperative staff. It is very easy to go to the hotel from the airport by bus. It's close to the metro station. and the room was really clean.

No hotel bar

Excellent location, very convenient to get to most interesting places. Nice neighborhood, lovely riverside nearby. Good breakfast, wide set of standard dishes for buffet. Nice beds and blankets, clean room.

If you want to get a room with view, you'd better think of it once more) However, the view itself on a wide square, bridge and river is nice, and if trams and buses every minute (literally) don't bother you - you're wellcome) Windows are nice and wide, but even on 7th floor you hear traffic. Conditioner is noisy too, as it's always noisy in hotels, and air vent in bathroom could be heard from too.
