Nice location, good parking. WiFi was promised, did not work on 4th floor. Staff advised to use Ethernet wire, had to buy a jack for my Mac (29 €), did not work! Apparently no environmental program at the hotel (waste management, towels, somebody´s pizza left-over was at the lifts for half a day, etc.) In the morning or late in the evening, the receptionists did not look at the client and did not say hello (not only for us, others were ignored as well).

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä paikallisiin kulttuuritapahtumiin nähden. Nuorekas ja aktiivinen henkilökunta on palvelualtista jamiellyttävää. Ikä ei tule yksin,eli olisikohan aika suunnitella pientä face liftiä majoitustiloihin?

Sijainti lähelläTampereen työväenteatteria. Henkilökunta respassa oli oikaeastaan aika töykeää ja tuntui, että he juuri ja juuri suvaitsevat ottaa meidät vastaan! Näin töykeää henkilökuntaa en ole kohdannut muistaakseni missään Suomen hotellissa , en siis myöskään muissa Cumulus hotelleissa. En taida varata edes teatterimatkalle enää tätä paikkaa ellei ole -30 stetta pakkasta! Kävelen mieluummin kauempaa. Huone aika kallis vai jäikö meiltä saamatta joku jäsenalennus tms. Pariisisin keskustassakin oli parempi huone ja ystävällisempi henkilökunta hintaan 157 €/yö. Ennen en ole pettynyt Cumuluksiin.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti. Mukava yllätys huoneessamme oli lavuaari myös huoneen puolella, jolloin varsinkin aamutoimet nopeutuivat. Kiitos! Olimme ystäviemme kanssa aamiaisella. Matkustamme usein yhdessä ja nautimme hotelliaamiaisista eri tavoin kuin kotona. Odotimme innolla pekoniaamiaista, harvinaista herkkua lomillamme. Pekonia ei kuitenkaan ollut pettymykseksemme tarjolla. Suunnittelimmekin yhdessä, että ensi kerralla hotellia tilatessamme ja valitessamme, kysymme ensimmäiseksi, onko aamiaisella pekonia. Voisiko pekonin saada esimerkiksi eri maksua vastaan, jos se ei muuten enää ole ohjelmassanne?

El hotel es tranquilo, y tiene lo básico para pasar dos días Decían que tenía wifi, pero hay que pagar por su uso. Esto no debería ser así. Ofrecen parking, pero se puede aparcar justo al lado en "zona azul" de 18:00 a 08:00 sin pagar.

Sisäänkirjaus toimi nopeasti, ei tarvinnut jonottaa. Samoin huoneen luovutus sujui joutuisasti. Lisäksi henkilökunta neuvoi pysäköinnin järjestämisessä. Huone oli tilava ja siisti lisäksi hiljainen, oli hyvä nukkua. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Sijaitsi rauhallisella paikalla, sijaitsi teatterin lähellä. Hyvät näkymät yläkerroksen ikkunoista. Aamiastarjoilun ravintola miellyttävä ympäristöltään. Kuntosali näytti houkuttelevalta!

Parkkihalli vieressä. Huoneet varusteltu huonosti hintatasoon nähden. Liian pieni huone. Ravintolan taso oli laskenut. Hotellin asiakkaat eivät saa mitään alennusta viereisestä parkkihallista.
