Room cleaning service

Sauna facility is good. It's right in the city center.

Its rooms are separated between two building block across the street, which is slightly inconvenient. Restaurant's food is not good.

Location, staff, swimming pool

Only one russian tv-chanel and it works badly. I can't swich to wired internet, when i swich the cable to my notebook, there was a connection with router, but no internet, and no manual for the connection.

Internet was very bad/ slow

I like the low price and localization near the train station and the bus stop.

There was no kettle in the room.

Friendly helpful staff. Good location, excellent food and comfortable room.

Restaurant drinks pricey.

I would really like to recommend the hotel staff for their friendliness and professionalism. The hotel is in an excellent position, a block away from the railway station and the centre of town. My room was clean and comfortable and everything worked.

The hotel seems to be a bit old and the furnishings a little shabby. However, the reasonable pricing made up for that. I would have appreciated thicker or block out curtains, because I really struggled to sleep, since it seems to stay light forever.

The Hotel Staff Members were very efficient, friendly and accomodating.

The only concern I had was with the temperature of the pool.

I traveled with my 8-yr old boy, from Brazil, to participate in a track and field meeting. We liked the hotel very much due the location, facilities (sauna, pool, restaurant), a good breakfast, no noises during night, and excellent treatment from the employes (front desk). Both Jyvaskyla city and Cumulus Hotel were even better than we were expecting. We would recommend it for sure.

Besides my 8-yr old boy had good times with me on snow, ski station and track and field meeting, I didn't like that hotel doe not have any specific space for children (E.G. specific place in the hotel for children to play each other). If it has, we were not informed.

We were staying as independent travellers attending the World Masters Athletics Championships (I was competing) and the hotel was sufficient for our requirements plus ideally located for the athletic events and also proximity to the town's restaurants,shops and bars. Would recommend.

Todella keskeisellä paikalla. Lähellä koulutuspaikkaa, shoppailua ja ruokaravintolita:-) Rauhallinen-sai hyvin nukuttua tälläinen herkkäuninen:-)

Hyvä parkkihalli aivan hotellin alla.

Hyvä sijanti keskellä kaupunkia. Kaikki kaupunki lomaan liittyvät hyvät asiat lähellä, teatteri, ravintolat, puistot. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsi keskellä kaupunkia, se oli kuitenkin hiljainen, eli kaupugin häly ei häirinnyt :-)

Hotellin sijainti oli mainio. Pidimme myös siintä, että niin sauna, ruokapaikka kuin pieni pubikin löytyi saman katon alta.

Ilman muuta negatiiviselle puolelle ja pahasti meni heti reissun aloitus, kun molempien autojen kuskit saivat parkisakot, sillä aikaa kun kirjauduimme hotelliin sisään. Todella outoa, että hotellin ulko-oven luona ollaan heti rahastamassa.

Ystävällinen respa sekä face to face että puhelimessa. Samoin ystävällinen palvelu ravintolassa aamupalalla.

Rakenne pitkine maanalaisine käytävineen oli hiukan sokkeloisen tuntuinen.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli omaa luokkaansa

Huoneessa oli liian kuuma. Ikkuna oli pidettävä auki koko yön, jotta oli mahdollista edes jotenkin nukkua.

Perushyvä kaupukihotelli

Aamiainen saisi olla monipuolisempi ja päivittäin vaihtelevampi koska se on monesti hotellimatkailun kohokohta.

Sauna ja uintimahdollisuus... Aamupala oli hyvä ja monipuolinen

Erityiskiitos sijainnista: Lähellä keskustaa ja Paviljonkia, jossa Kirjamessut (olen itse kirjailija). Myös ruokailu sujui mukavasti sillä melkein huoneesta pääsi suroaan hissillä aamiaiselle ja illaalla syömään.

Olen Plussa-asiakas, enkä saa bonuksia, vaikka jo varausvaiheessa maksoin hotellihuoneen etukäteen.

-Hyvä sijainti -autotalliparkki varsinkin pakkasilla hyvä

-Liikenteen melu yöllä häiritsi, en älynnyt varata huonetta rauhallisemmalta puolelta

Aamiainen ei ollut kovin häävi. Yöpyminen oli kadun toisella puolella!

Hotelli keskellä kaupunkia

Huonetta ei ollut siivottu edellisen käyttäjän jälkeen kunnolla. Likaiset päiväpeiteet, roskia lattialla, pölyt pyyhkimättä. Huonot tyyntyt.
