I liked the fact that there was a large selection of gluten free breakfast food (included in price of room). The 3 female receptionists I dealt with switched to English immediately and were very helpful with directions to shops and transport information plus were very friendly.

An excellent location to walk and see all the main sights of Helsinki and for local transport to airport etc. 200 metres to bus terminus and rail station. Supermarkets, shops etc all nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay there again if we go back to Helsinki.

Excellent location in the center of the city (just a 2 minute walk from the railway station and all the central shops), but very quiet at the same time, good sound insulation. Price is low compared to other central hotels. Nice breakfast.

No shower door, a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

The room is very small, especially the bathroom. This can become a problem for those who want to stay for several days.

Very good breakfast. The room was tidy and comfy. Our room was very quiet and peaceful. The location is great - just next to the railway station and there´s a subway and a tram stop right outside.

There might be your guests will be happier if they will be able to have a breakfast from 7 a.m to 11 a.m.,if you don't mind.

Pleasant staff, good location. Superior room good enought for families with young children for 2 nights. Game zone for children in restaurant. Free water and electric teapot with tea in room. Include free sauna!

Not so much different meal. But milk products - !!!! good!!! Was some dust under the chair.

This is Hotel very conveniently located, close to the railway station, in the city center. It have a friendly staff, clean rooms. If necessary will stay here only

uncomfortable shower

I like unusual interior. Also Cumulus Kaisaniemi have very good location - 5 minutes to the railway station)

Unfortunately, there's no skirting in the shower. It was not very comfortable.

Location, staff

Excellent location - near central railway station and center of city. 10 minutes by foot to the ferry dock, with goes to sea excursions. Very friendly reception - we asked to departure 2 hours later normal check out time if available - and that was ok. Very good breakfast! Free wi-fi, which is available not only on hotel, but in most of restaurants in the city.

On the 6th floor wi-fi signal strength was poor, sometimes connection was lost.

Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast buffet is good and varied. Less than 5 minutes from the central station and main shopping areas.

Breakfast was amazing and the room was clean. There are 3 types of pillows on bed and you can choose what you like.Free luggage lockers in the hall.

Room a little small

The room was a decent size. Hotel is close to train station. Water front and shopping are only minutes away (on foot). Breakfast was great.

no wifi, patch cable connection was ok for laptop but not convenient for iPhone.

Very good location.It's nearby the Central Railwaystation and easy to find. The breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly if you ask some question.

Your should notice some massage which showed one the lift board. These massage are about servicees timetable such as breakfast,sauna etc.We missed the sauna because the period is too short.
