Very good place in the city center, near the river. Good breakfast and pleasant service. Sauna is included. One elevator is not enough for this hotel. Not enough information about sauna and confusing rules of using it for guests.

Central location, nice & clean hotel, friendly staff, ... no complaints whatsoever. Fixed Internet cable is available in the room. Towels, bathrobe and slippers are available for sauna use! They are renovating the Hotel and the 7th floor was not yet refurbished. Rooms were in order but decoration needs an upgrade. In Sauna area no towels or anything is foreseen. Swimming Pool can only be used in the morning from 6 until 9am. That is a pity for people who wish to swim also in the end of the day! Too bad the Wifi Internet remains so expensive and has to be payed with credits for the next 24h. Of which more then 80% of that time you are out of the hotel or sleeping :)

The location is in the center of the town. The facility (Sauna and Swimming pool) are avaible only in restricted hours. Sauna after 4 pm and swimming pool only from 6 to 9 am. The jim is in a garage so the air is so safe.

Hotel location is excellent !only a 5mins walk from rail station! Staffs are nice and breakfast buffet has quite lot variety of choice! Will pick this hotel if I have a 2nd chance

The rooms are being refurbished and when all is done it will be great value for money and location. If you are travelling from Cumulus hotel to Cumulus hotel you already know that the menu in the restaurants are the same wherever you are... So you can get quickly fed up if you have to stay in to eat.

The staff. I left before 5 am to catch a flight and the staff asked me if I would like an early breakfast which they had for me a few minutes before my taxi took me to the airport. That is good. Last night I stayed there I did not get any sleep. A dog - staying next door barked the whole night or at least enough to keep me awake the whole night.

Excellent check-in check-out, very fast. Nice breakfast. My room (525) was noisy all night. I don't know whether this was because of nearby guests or because my room was close to some facility room of the hotel. Noise is very untypical of Finnish hotels.

My room was quiet and clean. Only certain rooms have wifi and guests now need to pay a very strange nominal fee of 1euro 50 cents per 12hours for wifi when cable enabled access remains free in all rooms. It's not a big thing, just silly. Even the reception staff thought so. The hotel restaurant is, in my opinion, way overpriced when taking into acount presentation and atmosfear. One would do better finding a cozy place to eat from the surrounding city.

It was clean and comfortable hotel to stay easy reach to shopping center, the food was really good in the resturant so there was no need to eat out. No coffee service in room, other than that no complaints.

Central location. A good hotel without being too fancy. Nice sauna and pool. Great breakfasts Felt a bit provincial which I guess it is. There could have been a few touches of Finnish design. Perhaps celebrating it's 70's architecture rather than cover it up.

Nice hotel with many facilities for children - big game zone, swimming pool for children, kid's menu and game zone in the restaurant. Also in the hotel there is rich and varied breakfast . on tv there is Russian channel. Our single room were big and comfort. Swimming pool and sauna close early

Good location in the center of the city. The room Standard Twin is very small. There is no conditioner in the room which leaded to strong stuffiness. When I move the chair I see tons of litter. I will try to not choose this hotel next time.
